Great that you've added the widget with the code so we save time, but why do we only add it to the lock screen? I want the widget on the home screen, but that's not possible. It should be a small matter to support, and I see no argument not to do it.

Mostly a painless user experience, which makes it easy to use when shopping. But recently the app has completely hung up while the checkout says that the customer must approve without anything appearing in the app. Ek then has to pay with a card instead of TrumfPay, and it also takes a minute or two for the clerk to cancel the TrumfPay payment. Not a particularly pleasant customer experience…

Too slow. And why doesn't the qr code appear as soon as the app is opened? Isn't the whole point of the app that you want our shopping pattern? Then the app must be ready with the qr code fsf.

Have a Huawei mobile. Can't download the app? Had it installed before. Possible to get a physical card?

I'm really happy. Sometimes it won't quite work when I scan trumf-pay, but I've saved up to several thousand kroner, over the years 😀 I've used a lot of the truf bonus/money for handball equipment for our daughter 😀 absolutely brilliant!!

I hope you can arrange for the app to be supported by more banks so everyone can save 1% extra trumf, and hopefully increase it even more than 1%. My bank (Sparebanken Sør) is not supported so it was a bit disappointing to download Trumf Pay. It is also very annoying that you have to go to their website to sign up through you to get bonuses on online shopping, it is so easy to forget. I have missed out on several trumf savings because of it. Why can't this just be registered automatically in the same way as when you shop for groceries and use your bank card? If I shop at Meny's online store, everything is registered automatically.

Impossible to register any other credit card than your own Trump card, bank cards are the only option, but many banks are not supported in Trump Pay, easier to use the stores' own app

Hopelessly cumbersome to pay with at the checkout. It takes much longer to unlock the phone to open an app than to pay with a card, or even better, the watch. If there is an update, you MUST install it before you can pay. You also can't close the app with back, it has to be forced off. Why QR and not RFID? The reader at the checkout NEVER works! I have also experienced having to log in again often.
