Now voted the worst bank for me , just found out after one of your stupid updates I can't used or open my bank account , being disabled I can't get out due to my mobility . Now arranging full closed down of tsb bank account and moving to HALIFAX , now informing DWP and all other bills I have to pay to my new account .TSB IS NOT THE LISTENING BANK as said on TV ads. Not even worth the star .

Was the update really necessary? The app no longer works on older operating systems so essentially TSB has updated a lot of us out of the app and are forcing us to buy new phones if we want to continue mobile banking. Please roll back the app or put the older app back up

I don't know why we don't have notifications ations when you receive money into your bank account, this is 21 century you should be able to track your spending and receiving of money with notifications like every other banks, please work on this, i switch my account soon if this features is not activated

My phone wont support the new app update . Now i cant log into my banking . So not happy, please bring back old version of app. Why you have to change everything it was wokring fine , my phone is blackberry android, and i dont want an iphone , your app should support all models , should not matter what age of the phone cos the app worked before , whats the point of having update for new models, but it dont support older models, it supported older models last week.
