Chat is not working
Chat in the app is not working so can not request a statement. Called the support and they said “everything is working”. Highly unprofessional.

Running very slowly and proving difficult to send money between new accounts
Tried to send money to a colleague and when going between finding their details in a text and the app, it often crashed and wouldn't paste data from the text, tried another bank and was much easier.

Payment notifications
Why are there still no notifications when payments are made into the account! So basic and the app seems so far behind.

Omg I’m leaving TSB
I'm sorry but I've had it up to here now with the tsb app. I double check to see how much money I have this morning for food.63p,oh joy that's gonna get me a tin air. It's now near on 23:29 and guess what I could have actually gone shopping I now from absolutely no where have gained £6.00. This keeps happening. Like once my money in the pending list. Oh guess what,I got paid my wages and suddenly I'm down by the cost of my list. I call TSB I get this guy trying to explain to me how it's done differently now.err no you've just stolen my money. Guess what a few days later some how I've gained money with absolutely nothing online so I've no way of proving this each time.this is my damn ex wife.why she Drew me away from Barclays I don't know.as soon as my passport is up to date I'm leaving back to Barclays Bye bye
