I've been an Authy user for years. Some days ago my brother lost his phone and we almost got locked out of his accounts because the only older phones I had were rooted. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. You can't lock me out in the name of security. Now that you have also removed the Desktop app. You also don't provide any way to export my secrets. At least I found a way USING ROOT and another authenticator app and got away from you as fast as I could. GET OUT. Go opensource. Save your secrets.

As of the recent update twilio has now made it impossible to run the applicatiom making access impossible due to " Your device doesn't meet the minimum integrity requirements" Luckily I have another device logged in that will allow me to receive my codes, but this is a wake-up call. Thank you for making it easier for me to stop procrastinating and find other solutions that dont hurt consumers. And yes. The new ui is terrible

Horrible!!! You take my money out my bank account every week, but I haven't been able to get into my account for months.. I've tried and tried and requested support.. Well, I'm going to try again and hopefully......

Bad app, I deleted the app and when I installed it again to get the code they always ask for again, it deleted my account and the problem is the QR code that can't be obtained again, this app made me lose money, don't install it, bad app!!!

I'm not being sent any code and the phone call option isn't working. I have so many of my accounts linked to this phone number. Please do something about it
