Many times I prefer Uber to any other company because the units are usually cleaner, although the wait times are very high compared to other apps. For this type of service, billing is a very important point when making the decision to choose this service. I have had to choose other companies because billing here is a problem.

I prefer the competition because it only charges the amount after the trip is finished, while Uber charges the amount before even finding the driver, forcing the user to wait, and searches for a driver very far away.

It is always difficult to make a claim and they do not even work in this app. They process a lot of the passenger as well as the user and the driver and drivers appear who are not in the photo.
