Since yesterday I have lost access to the Uber account and I can't get help with support to solve the problem. I didn't save the 8-digit booking code, so I can't access the account. I'm disappointed with the service of these attendants who I am, they keep copying and pasting the same answer for us. I have been a customer for more than 5 years. The way will be for me to install [phone] since Uber doesn't solve my problem.

Direct asks to change the payment method and I leave it in direct debit on the card. It is very difficult to have money changed to pay for rides and the drivers themselves complain.
