Since August 2024, I took a trip that the driver did not complete, and they are charging me 60 reais that have already been paid. I try to get in touch and they do not resolve the problem. 🤮🤮👎

Utterly disgraceful behavior from most of the drivers around Colombo, Sri Lanka. They often asks for cash only rides. The worst is that they come to the pickup location and driver doesn't cancel the ride and I have to bear a cancellation fee. Uber doesn't have a customer care support. Why can't you setup a hel desk Uber? here and cannot complain about the ride we have booked but not started. The Government should take action for these not customer friendly implementations within the country.

The app is very good, the costs are almost always low, and the drivers are friendly. The only thing I don't like is that when you enter a card without asking, they start charging things out of nowhere. I have had unrecognized charges and whenever I ask for clarification, they say why the rate was raised like 6 days later, or that I am paying for a membership that I didn't even request. The joke is that they never return the money.

I took the Uber, didn't say anything, and got out of the car. I gave the driver a rating of 5 and a tip of 10 reais. When I looked at my profile, my rating went down. This driver gave me a rating of 1. Ridiculous. Since I can't do anything, I'm giving him a rating of 1 here.
