Someone please assist me with my Lean 6 sigma lessons. Some of the video lessons will not show and no sound at all. It's really frustrating. I have restarted my laptop, run other videos with no issues.

There is an option to pay with Google pay in the application and it is not paid, there is a payment information section on the website, but the courses are given at a high price in Euros

The Phone app keeps giving you an error that you have been signed out. When downloading [name], most lectures are skipped, not downloaded.

Both the SPhone app and the Windows ablication did not convince me at all: - constantly some annoying logins with additional code entry on the computer; - constantly an annoying hint that you can't get rid of, you should set up a learning plan; - constantly annoying advertising; - constantly some lecturer notifications (which I am absolutely not interested in), where you then have to manually mark as read; - etc.: This APP is a real imposition!

Your latest update doesn't allow to see my lists, just add new ones; and closes automatically after a few minutes using it just 2 or 3 minutes

The app has worked well before, but right now, November 2024, something's gone wrong. The circle just keep going round, it doesn't load any new info, such as new courses etc. courses already bought can still be accessed. I have tried refreshing the app by accessing it from playstore but still same problem.
