Self checkout doesn’t work
Scanning the bar code does not work on the app at all. Tried two different phones. Forced to pay the $20 fee for someone to do it tomorrow of course. I'm sure that was the plan all along to charge more fees

The app is worthless does NOT allow use of apple pay or autofill of name address and credit card information everything has to be typed in manually its worthless

Lots of bugs, impossible to book a truck. And it's the same on the mobile website. This is unjustifiable for a company of this magnitude.

Crashes & freezes
When trying to place a truck reservation or trying to check-in to pick up my reserved truck, the app freezes or crashes 80% of the time. Very frustrating

old design hard to use
took me 40 minutes to get a new truck because the assigned one was blocked in. They charged more because they upgraded to a bigger truck which I don't need. The app design is old and chat window disappeared when clicked back to home page.
