App gives errors constantly
I have a new iphone and downloaded the app to login. Was not able to do so receiving errors every time. Tried deleting it from the phone and redownloading it 3 times. Each time I received the connection error. Had 5 cell bars. I then logged in online through the browser no issues.

Apparent bugs and is not intuitive. Tried to cancel the storage unit but couldn't upload an image. So they charged me for an extra month that I wasn't there. Had to change a reservation time, and the app made me redo everything.

The only error message I ever get is "Oops, something went wrong on our end. Try again in a few minutes." Problem is I was trying to sign up, and I already had an existing account from the last time I used a Uhaul over fifteen years ago. After a dozen attempts to sign up, I decided to put in my phone number and see if maybe I already had an account. I got sent a code to my phone and was signed in. I had another issue but ignored the feedback successfully.

Search function gone
I used this to help me organize my boxes. I put down everything that was in each box into the belongings organizer and now the search feature is gone. I can't find the boxes that have some very specific things, and I can't open all of them because I have to put half of them in storage. Why in the world would you get rid of this crucial function?

You run through what you need, upcharge, etc then add a means for verification and then app resets as if nothing happened. Deleting app

Can’t create an account
I understand why the rating must be so low. I've been trying to register a new account so I can rent. But it is so difficult. The app does not allow me to register 🤷♂️
