Problems staying dl’d to my phone
The app won't download to my phone, and if I try opening it from the App Store, I got an endless series of duo authentications, rendering this app useless.

Needs update stat
After iOS update my app keeps asking me to authenticate, when I try it shows my location in another state and after I authenticate it send me to do it again. This repeats infinitely. Makes it real hard to clock in… I try to set up a ticket and need to have a UKG community log in with more codes I don't have access to. Why is it so hard to send in a trouble ticket?

A ridiculous excuse for a professional workplace app
The issues with this app and system are far beyond what I'm going to bother writing here, but if you're a management team trying to find a system to use for your employees, look elsewhere. This app constantly signs you out, does not allow for easy autofill, the UI breaks frequently and is incredibly outdated and doesn't have a single feature that other systems do not

Useless app
App takes forever to load, often kicking log in details back out. Or the server keeps loading and loading for ages. As mentioned before the “punch button” is hard to press and takes multiple attempts to punch in.

Until 3 weeks ago, this app worked great. For some reason it has stopped working at our hospital for all employees that have an android phone. The log in screen never comes up, it's just a blank white screen.
