Beware, I have ordered on this app during sales only to have my order be canceled 2 days later saying item out of stock. so when I contacted Ulta and asked why they were still selling my items on the app when that item was supposedly out of stock and I was told it takes time before the app updates stock availability. Don't order this app buy your items elsewhere, so I had to buy my items somewhere. It's a headache, so don't bother

Never ending issues
I constantly have problems processing my payment even after trying multiple cards & PayPal. Seems like this only happen when I have a “free” gift in my chart smh

most features such as find your shade, tracking orders, etc freeze, screen goes black then stops responding. very annoying and makes me not want to even shop ulta.

BEWARE CONSTANT PROBLEMS!! I .tried multiple times on one order .... it wouldn't go through. I finally WENT TO THE STORE. .THE MANAGER COULDNT DO IT EITHER! Another time..I tried with just one item $70.00..Still waiting for that...two weeks ago . i contacted the office of the New CEO. I was told a service rep would contact me. I was sick and couldn't accept the call.asked her to call back...never happened. I even reached out to her...NOTHING. Respect is still valuable..just not here.
