Good basic information
Basic information is available and easy to navigate but certain aspects are difficult. I was not able to purchase a CD or inquire how to do so through the site. Tech support for online help is very poor.

Recent update
This recent update has so many bugs in it, it makes it impossible for use past checking the status of me accounts, and sometimes it won't even load for that! I attempted to mark my debit card as lost, but the app keeps popping up with a message saying that they've noticed i've been inactive and to log in again. So now i can't safely turn off my debit card because it's a sunday and the app is useless

Ease of Use/Layout and info provided
App is OK, bank is less than satisfactory. Find navigation on iPad confusing and lacking. Just got used to old, now changed again. Bring back, list view, of pending payments and total payout. Keep recent payments. Other changes ok. Bank was less than satisfactory because it took them way to long to respond to inquiry in secure email. On second thought why change it. I liked the old one better — across the board. Mobile devices should have full access to all features — requiring a desktop to change some billers is cumbersome.

Can’t do much plus force app log in
This app is pretty annoying. The things I need to do require I either print or download a pdf, and the app doesn't let you do anything like that. Now they also made this annoying feature that prevents you from logging in using the website on your device vs using the app, and it just automatically forces you into the app to use the services. It would be fine if, as stated, I didn't have things to print/download, but this in INCREDIBLY ANNOYING when the app is kind of trash and it just assumes I want to use it. So from my iPad, I deleted the stupid app so I could force it to use the website as I wish.
