App is not useful. It always locks me out then I call to unlock and it locks me out again. I get that there's security measures that the bank has to have but why can't login be more simpler.

Absolutely Garbage. Don't bother using their app or their bank. They will not update they will not fix issues, their app can't deposit a check even it i"can" honestly this is a failing bank with failing infrastructure save yourself the trouble.

Would prefer to have a running balance shown
Hello, with my other banking apps I see a running balance (balance after deductions) I would prefer to have a running balance on first tech accounts as well. It significantly helps in figuring out finances. Thanks Also, recently there have been many days whereas the app has not been working. I have had to go into the bank to get help with app. Online help was only temporary.

I hate that my phone is not able to use your app, and cant access the features I use most if using the website, I havent seen any improvements from umqua only cutbacks.
