My account was hacked and fraudulent activity was going on. Before you would even allow me the chance to find out what was going on, you closed my account !!!!!! It was a mistake to ever do business with you people !!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH UMPQUA BANK OR ELSE THEY'LL FRAUDULENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEY EVEN REFUSE TO HELP YOU RECOVER THE FUNDS YOU LOSE, AS I LOST OVER $100 !!!!!!!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND THEY'LL DO THE SAME TO YOU !!!!!!!!! KEEP AWAY !!!!!

GET RID OF NONSENSE
Very much dislike the secondary whatever you call that means I must refer to my cell phone app or other device before I can access my account. I haven't figured out how to disconnect this ‘great' feature.

Awful Loading
Has been having more and more problems loading on phone and always having a problem “verifying” on trusted device on my own WiFi or while using data. I have had since changing over from Columbia and has been noticeably worse.

Chat icon needs to be moved
The chat icon at lower right is in the way of getting things done. It needs to be moved up or made to stay and not spring back when I move it.
