The UI and the overall look and feature set of the app is far behind most banks. They need drastic changes to this UI and add more features

Update broke the app
The update made the app unusable, literally. It keeps requesting a verisign token. There's never been a verisign token, nor have I received one.

Funds are not immediate and app has glitches: for example I regularly encounter problems with the camera feature for checking deposits

Hate this bank
Their restrictions on money transfers and Zelle payments is ridiculous plus some other little things I don't want to detail. If I could move my account I would!!!!

Once again, UMPQUA is forcing an update that breaks the app. Three calls for support and no one knows how to fix it. I can't access the old version and the new one doesn't work on either of my Android devices. or my windows laptop.
