I can't log in. I'm new to unibet and have deposited 50 kr which has just disappeared I can't log in. 50 kr has disappeared. amateur app

App looks nice but has the following flaws; - promotions don't work sometimes and Unibet support won't help you if that happens - can't do anything else in the app while live chat is open (can't minimise window) otherwise you lose the chat - constantly logs you out and doesn't save any usernames so it has to be retyped

Logging in is a real drama. You are thrown out and have to log in again. If you want to make a coupon and go through the list and want to go back where you left off, it doesn't work and you have to click on multiple things and refresh to get to the page where you left off. No progress after updates.

Terrible app. Always crashing meaning you need to uninstall/reinstall.

I often can't get into my games. Really bad.

Really poor app, and even worse help page. Really bad to navigate through the app, sports and racing bets are displayed in separate tabs which took me ages to find. When going on a live chat for help they provided absolutely no help whatsoever. Don't expect any sort of sign up bonus either cause they just won't give it you. Far better apps out there.

Don't suggest it there are better sites with fastest withdrawal, their team is sleeping when we need them .
