Upgrade is ridiculous
Paid an extra $700 to upgrade because the agent told me I'd get a free check on bag but we had to end up paying it anyways. So paid $700 so that we could have one carry-on each which they took from us at the gate. Will never fly United again.

TSA/Global Entry confusion
When purchasing the ticket the option of entering your TSA info exists but not the Global Entry (which offers the same privileges as the TSA plus extra, so if you have it no need to renew your TSA). Now the app says that on my ticket neither one is showing; they should specifically have Global Entry as an option
