It is not possible to register a new account. Whenever I tried to enter the date of birth (month), the app closed. Tried to register several times and gave up finally.

literally the worst airline. used this app to upgrade my seat 10 days before my flight. checked in and got a printed boarding pass showing the upgrade. got to gate and they had bumped me and given the seat away, blamed it all on a "technical glitch".

Easy to use app. It only misses to provide a chance to pre-register your bags if already bought the registration with the tickets.

Worked great and showed my boarding pass to get through security. At the gate, it decided it was time to force a password change so I could not display the boarding pass. Attempts to change the password failed because all new passwords were rejected without explanation, even when following the simple rules. Then it locked itself out, giving a broken customer service link. Please United, never force a password change on the day of a flight!

Scanning the passport only worked on the 5th attempt. The app crashed several times before the final confirmation

This app makes it very difficult to determine if I am being charged again for bags, or if I am being charged for seat selections I did not make.

Missed connecting flight and now I'm stuck for 14 hours because united was delayed and best they could do is discounted hotel.
