The picture keeps freezing. I have to restart it a lot. I like the shows on it but I wish that would stop happening.

Canceling
I keep canceling it with the credit card you take the money from when you do your monthly money for the app. It keeps telling me it's not the right credit card. Well it's the only credit card I have or debit card so this is up to you. What do you wanna do? I want to cancel so please cancel this goddamn script. I don't want it.

Very buggy when used with Apple TV
Recently purchased the app as my family loves to binge watch the Heartland series. Additionally think this is the only way to watch the newest episodes. However, on the Apple TV platform the app is not very stable and is difficult to navigate after the app powers down when not in use.

My acct was canceled in September 2024 Today November 2,2024 I have been debited 6.35 No where Can I request refund. I messaged back and forth with a Bot. Mr Bot not helpful! Linda

Ideology?
Unfortunately as a Christian i don't understand how can this app promote ideology agenda. I thought this was a clean family app for us to enjoy movies that promote Christian values. For that agenda I don't need to pay for an app. I paid for this app because I thought it was a Christian app.
