Upgrade seemed a good option that turned out not so good. Account was created, loan Wan done, ALL my payments have been made on time. Paid down my loan to where I had over $700 to charge if I needed to. But I never used it. Until one day, I actually needed to. It was declined . I was told my account was shut down. Because one of my 18 credit cards reported 1 missed payment. All of my accounts are in good standing with no missed payment. I will make sure to share with everyone I know

Use someone else
If you're able to use somebody else I had upgrade give me a large amount of credit and because I didn't use it they decide to take it away from me. I understand that you know it's an open account and it's a thing against them if they're trying to sell or buy something as a company But why not give the consumer notice saying hey if you're not gonna use it, we're going to close your account instead of just one day closing knowing it and looking stupid when you're trying to use the account. The only positive thing about it didn't go against me on my credit score when they close my account. Mind you I was not in bad standings with them at all. It was just the fact that I have and used it yet that they closed the account.

horrible company! doesn't matter if you make your payments on time, they will take your credit line away from you gradually even though you've made your payments on time even with extra. so every few months if something happens somewhere else to you financially on your credit report they are going to take your money away without notifying you. I do not recommend this company. they play dirty. also, when you make your payments, they will not reflect it on your account for the whole 10 days

Personally I hate how they operate everything. Cuz it's not like a normal credit card. Heaven forbid spent $5 and your monthly statement that comes out for your new payment will change. Other thing heaven forbid never buy a vehicle. Your credit score drops after they run it through the ringer and then these guys will take away all your money. Example I had 11,000 credit limit they dropped me down to $1,000
