I have a HUGE problem with not being able to have a virtual card. I've got money just sitting on my account; can't do a thing with it until a card comes in the mail. And I'm dealing with a lot right now, staying in a hotel; kinda hard to get mail where I don't have my own mailbox. And the money sure could help right now! Kinda hard to pay bills when I ain't gotta debit card number & it takes DAYS for a transfer to go thru from one bank to another, and then all banks aren't even accepted on all apps. It's getting ridiculous. Just staring at my money and it's no use to me whatsoever. I'm really hating that. Other than that I'd like the app. Really would. But times like these kinda matter most.

The app has become junk. After submitting a recent payment, a notice came up to update the app. I chose to update. The app updated, logged me out and when I logged back in, there was no confirmation of the payment. I submitted a second time and discovered that two payments were comitted. Two payments were withdrawn from my checking account, sending me into the negative. I had to pay stop payment fees to reverse the app's error. I will no longer trust this app.

Sloppy app, difficult to get where you need to go. Hard to get info, and always unclear, I have many cc apps and this is the worst

I genuinely would have given this 5 stars because i was using it for years but i have to stop because they FROZE MY ACCOUNT BEFORE WORK just simply trying to update my phone number with NO EXPLANATION. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS BANK.

The only issue I have so far is that it never shows my current balance correctly. It should be several hundred dollars less than it is because whenever I call customer service, they tell me they see a different amount remaining. Almost a whole year now of having a loan through upgrade, and they still have not fixed the issue. I shouldn't have to keep calling them any time I want to know my balance. 😒

Card doesn't work with Cashapp or Venmo. 1099 ACH deposits don't count toward the direct deposit requirement so I'm ineligible for 2% cash back. Worst part is balance is off because it double charges a majority of transactions and takes weeks to correct.
