Have a ticket open... tried to buy on 3 or 4 different cards... Uphold bounces them all back sayong "bank won't auth" spoke to bank, who say uphold aren't even asking for money. Support is shocking

Rude support team. I gave them additional information because it's currently taking them over 2 weeks to refund £3.96 and they replied with "don't bother replying before we text you back " It's actually ridiculous for a multi-million dollar company to not have live chat nor hire professionals.

They charge you every time you move money they don't make it easy for you to withdraw your money you have to jump through 20 different hoops just to even see your money and you can't take it all out so you can move to One account all at once you have to do it individually and they charge you for each one 🕜 I have tried and tried to withdraw my money and it has not let me do anything don't get it you'll be frustrated as hell like I am and the minimum is $10 don't do it it's a mistake
