Can not open the app
The app sayss set up pass code but when click on it wont open up.

So far, I can't log in. I do all the security measures and I still end up at the log in screen. Do it all again and I end up at the same log in...it like a never ending circle.

I love Uphold, though this weekend I wasn't able to withdraw money because I couldn't get the verification code. I logged out and un-installed the app, then reinstalled...but now can't get logged in because I still can't get the verification code to come through. I went through all the steps, even called my cell phone company to see if my phone had issues...which it doesn't. Since the initial response from my help request, I haven't heard back from them. All I've received is an automated emal

My account is restricted from 3 years ago and they didn't let me know before I deposited and now I can withdraw anything and they take so long for support to get back to you. If you can, use a non KYC exchange.
