Really a joke service of tracking south to the north and back to the south east then to northeast?? Why package from Texas goes to Kentucky and sit week then to Atlanta then to Indiana??? Why?? Really great online systems of delivering of mistakes

They never deliver to my house and the website is buggy and broken mess too so I tried the app instead but its also just garbage. I get filled with dread whenever I see a package is delivered by UPS. Avoid at all cost if possible 💀

Authentication cannot be autofilled so if you use a password manager it's unusable .

I just want tracking notifications on occasional packages I receive And it's a huge complicated pain to just get in, And then it doesn't work because "technical difficulties". Just make it more simple, there will be fewer problems And it will be useful
