based on the opinions under the application, I thought that my package would not be delivered on time, and if it was, it would be damaged. However, I am very positively surprised by the handling of the package - without complications. The application works well and quickly, an additional advantage is tracking the courier using GPS. To be fully functional, it is still missing the possibility of displaying the address to which the package is to be delivered and a telephone number directly to the courier. To sum up - I am satisfied

Ups drivers are the biggest liars in history. Laziest pieces of trash there are. They don't want to deliver your package so they lie and say you weren't there to sign and you were sitting on your front porch the entire time waiting on a delivery driver that never showed up. Will never EVER RELY ON UPS AGAIN.

I'm trying to track a package, the app keeps giving errors as of yesterday, February 26th, 2025, that they are having technical difficulties. The website was also giving errors yesterday but now it's able to track my package. The app is no good if it doesn't work.

Got told a package arrived just for it to not be here at all. Tried receiving help at a store and no luck at all. customer support? not the greatest. overall just waiting for a refund to purchase a similar item in person. Very incomplete App.

The absolute worst company! It's ALWAYS problem when someone send me stuff with UPS, it NEVER works! Delivery to people's home on daytime is the WORST business idea ever!! You get a bunch of texts and emails when it should arrive but they NEVER come and then they send it to a pick up point. DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD!!!!! BECAUSE YOU NEVER COME ANYWAY!!!! I always leave a note when I order to not use UPS.. It's a total SCAM!!!

Useless application except for tracking the package (any other app can do it) Impossible to choose a delivery relay point Very tedious account creation procedure, referral to unpleasant customer service and with a paid number Typical French choices because I have known UPS and MBE for a long time in other countries there are no these constraints.
