I wanted to order on the website and I saw when installing the application there was a code APPY15 but when downloading the application with the link I could not benefit from the promo code, it was marked as invalid. Very disappointed for a first order!!

Impossible to sign in or create account
I attempted to create a new account and had to repeatedly verify that I'm not a bot while getting error messages stating that the code I was sent was incorrect. Now I've apparently reached the maximum amount of times I can request a code, but I can't sign in without doing that so how am I supposed to move forward? I've never experienced so many issues with trying to create or sign into an account before. I thought the app might be easier to navigate than the website but that's absolutely not the case.

Issues with orders and customer service.
The app is fine it's the company that deserves a 1 star. I placed an order over a month ago and they split it into two delivery's. One of which I received within 7-10 days, the other still has not arrived nearly 1.5 months later. I have contacted customer service many times, they offered to reship the package 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company unless you want to be waiting for 2 months for it. I'm glad I didn't forget about my order since it was so long ago, I would have ended up handing this billion dollar company my hard earned money for no product in return because lord knows they wouldn't reach out to refund me.

Keeps asking if I’m a bot
The app doesn't actually work for me it keeps coming up with the Press & Hold to confirm you're not a bot so I press and hold and it ticks and the same page comes up

Won't work unless you have the newest version of apple updates. Fortunately, it's helped me stop online shopping as much, so that's a star.

Sign In Issues
The app continuously logs me out and I put in my password or use my phone number and it doesn't let me log back in. Then officially locks me out then I have to wait days to be let back in. Someone needs to do some revisions to the log in system. What's the point of sending an authorization code to phone numbers if the codes are going to work? Such a inconvenience especially during the holidays when sales are going on and you want to take advantage of them before they go away.
