Whenever you try to go to customer service from google it bring you to the app and doesn't show you customer service.

Cancel Order doesn’t exist
They have instructions on how to cancel orders but don't actually offer the service. I tried canceling an order within 5 minutes of placing it, in the middle of the night, and was told by an agent that I'd have to receive the shipment and return it. It's not even been processed yet. What's the point of an app if it doesn't make shopping/user processes easier.

Maddies review
Really bad I ordered These pinstripe joggers and they took a week to come then they were the wrong ones so now I have to walk down and send them back and wait for them to arrive back to urban and then they have to send mine again it's not okay get staff and system right I don't want this to happen again

Can't add receipts if forgot to give rewards at checkout. Doesn't link to existing account made in store with phone number.

App lags and is inconsistent
It takes way too long to open product on the app. The filter options don't work properly and they can't seem to remove sold out and discontinued items. Shop.io is so much easier to navigate and you buy it for basically cost.

videos makes music stop
Recently urban must have added videos which makes it so every scroll my music stop and i just have to sit there in silence contemplating life decisions, making for a very depressing shopping experience. I would much prefer to keep my music on and have no videos, not to mention they're very annoying i don't want some person walking around the screen when i'm trying to plan my life around outfits.

Cute items but horrible workers and account organization.
They never show my in store purchases on my account, only my online transactions. I recently needed to return something from one of my in person orders and she couldn't help me without a receipt and nothing showed up in my emails or account even though I distinctly remember the worker asking for my email or number, I remember so well because she was new and was taking forever to find my account and asked me to repeat what it was. Also, all the girls there have such sour attitudes they look like they want to kill themselves.

Curtains are thin, sheets are scratchy, accessories broke before use. Then I find out they donate to political parties, which was the nail in the coffin. It's difficult to delete your account info also.
