my credit card information was stolen. I hadnt actived it or used it anywhere but somehow it was stolen. The charges were denied of course because the card wasnt activated yet. USAA data was breached and my credit card info was stolen but never heard from USAA about a breach in security.

Would not let me in my account and had a bad attitude about it. My account was locked, called the number, they did not help me at all and am greatly unsatisfied about how they handled it.
