The app itself is fine, but the company is not. Continually raising rates every time my policy renews and now charging a fee because I didn't go paperless. They do anything for an extra dollar and to screw people over.

There are some functions in the app that say you can do it in the app, but is circular and ends up telling you to call customer service. Then costumer service will tell you to do it in the app.

Pretty good, I wish when you transferred money though to another account it doesn't have an error, then once you hit transfer again it ends up working. Also wish they added a dark mode as the interface is just sometimes too bright.

The address line says PO BOX can be used, but a error box says opposite of that, that is very confusing!!!!

Any app that CONSTANTLY begs for a rating gets one star. Don't interrupt what I'm trying to do in the app to beg for a rating.
