I would suggest getting an actual bank account from a physical bank, I ordered a card on November 26/27th they said it would take around 7 business days it is currently Friday December 20th and I just paid $20 to get a card I was supposed to have 2 and a half weeks ago expedited so I can hopefully get it next Tuesday, Great Service thank you so much for wasting my time, money, and energy.

My bank account wasn't working for some reason so my job made me get a prepaid bank card. The worst experience ever. You can't send money to anyone unless they bank with this institution. Unless you pay a fee at an ATM your only option is withdrawing money from a register and you can only get a couple hundred at a time. I've tried paying multiple different bills and each time it's not been accepted, one bill accrues interest so now this bank is costing me money. 0 stars if I could.

App is not intuitive, holds on everything, customer service is subpar at best never does anything to help just makes you have to figure everything out on your own. Won't waive holds even when there are funds to cover in account still holds for 10 and more days. No loyalty definitely will be moving banks due to bad app and poor business practices.

This is no good, I had to deposit this check three times. $278, not available for a week, from one of our well-known sponsors. Same sponsors are there every month.

Not a good business app. Each time I access this app is for my business accounts. Unfortunately each task takes longer than it should, because the ads. It would be nice that if they offered an "ad free" version. If I wanted to open a CD I would have applied after the first 89 times I ignored the ad.
