Cannot unlock my debit card thru app please fix it

No Way +4.8!
Inconsistent. Error prone. Doesn't function reliably on iPad or iPhone. User support folks are friendly but I'm guessing overwhelmed after talking with them. I really feel as if they are using their customers as beta testers. Three times they had to open ‘cases' on my questions or I had to help them specifically describe problems to them so they could be debugged. Not ready for prime time so to speak! Go back to using the previous version.

Better..than ever!
All Better While I had to jump thru a gigazillion hoops to get app to work again when i bought a new iPhone, once the glitch was fixed it's better than ever!

Redesign
This new layout is not user friendly. It's so hard to get to the important banking things. Shouldn't be a hunt to manage and move money

US mobile All
Unable to setup baypill for external account resulting in late fees. Tried to setup more than once and each time an error message noting issues on US bank's end prevented me from timely paying bill and setting up bill pay.

Could be better
Your app isGood for checking stuff but when it comes to taking pictures to deposit a check it doesn't work as well sometimes. You need to fix that…thanks

Dark background
I generally have to take the photo of myself because your app can't seem to figure out that I'm taking a photograph on either black granite or a walnut table. Both of the surfaces are quite dark. I have neuropathy in my hands so retaking a photo over and over. Makes the problem worse not better.
