App use to work fine but now it won't let me log in and when I go through the steps to reset my password it says the session timed out which is b.s. So I have no way to check my balance.

Great for my balance but wont let you update anything i got a new number and now cant sign in unless using my old device because it wont let me change the number to get a text verification

I don't love how I lose the opportunity to log in at least once a month. Then I can't get in through the app, it tells me "session expired" as I'm typing in a new password.

Inconvenient
App has no option to connect to your own bank account to transfer money to your own account. This is the most inconvenient way I have ever experienced receiving unemployment funds. I'd rather receive a paper check than this debit card.

Hard to get funds
Need to have the ability to transfer funds from this card to personal bank account with out going to ATM and walking cash over to another bank

Mixed feelings
The app itself is great, no issues, easy to use and security is excellent. My issue is the $2.00 that they charge for ‘non use' in any calendar month. When I didn't receive notification that money was deposited and available, for over 2 years they took $2.00 per month - that's a months child support basically stolen through misrepresentation and total lack of communication. Not okay.

Do the app ever operate properly???
Every time I get on that app I'm always having some type of complications!!! All I wanted to do was order a new card that I'm going to have to pay for even though the reason the new card is needed is because for some reason I cannot swipe my car anymore. The card is not damaged in any way!!!! Please get it together or offer the option to speak with a "LIVE REPRESENTATIVE "
