Unable to access and update information as needed within the app. Contact information provided for customer service is accurate. Issue may be on U.S. Bank's end and their ability to appropriately handle and access state regulated funding.

You can't add the card to cash app or PayPal nor can you link the account to any other payment source like zelle. Not sure how you supposed to pay anything with it declining.

Technical Issues
I've been trying to log in and I haven't been successful. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it and I'm still having issues. I've also tried to get online and that doesn't load up either. This needs to get resolved expeditiously.

You can't even log in. Here or the website. Constantly saying I'm locked out, so I unlocked it, reset the password and on and on. It's the exact same on their website. I've been trying for a good year or 2 to log in and can't.
