Idk how well the app works, but the debit card they give out for Unemplyment Insurance does NOT support NFC. So if you don't physically have the card, you're out of luck. No way to transfer funds or anything until you have that card.

So I love this card because I'm able to get to my funds but I am not able to freeze my card to protect my funds and then I have to dispute unauthorized transactions.

All most perfect app
I really love this app. It's easy and accessible. I love that I can sign in multiple ways. The only downside to this app is that there is not currently a way to easily share/send statements. You can review them, but emailing them is only possible by screenshot.

I can't ask any custom questions or any of the type that would help that I need when I got a question it'll already have typed up questions that I can ask, but not something that I'd like to ask myself.

customer service terrible and not comprehensive. I would never refer anybody to this bank they have too many programs coming out of one US Bank with multiple debit cards for a US Bank Co to under federal Law. unresolved issues don't even want to connect you to their supervisors to resolve issues. link accounts won't even be able to connect with any outside banks like chase, Bank of America or a Credit Union. So poor on the response to service.
