I installed app and tried to reset my password and it kept timing out stating lack of activity even though I literally just typed in the 2nd new password! Trash

Tried and tried to order a new card because mine is damaged and it would let me putting all info the I go to submit and ut would say we can't I can't remember exactly what it said but it wouldn't let me order a new card

I try to log in and with all the numbers I enter it says that they are already in use

They are always declining my card for purchases very frustrating when they are putting a hold on the card for 48 hours until invest

I got a relia card in the mail. No explanation or amount stated. The return address was child support. I used the card twice. Had it about 3 days. Maybe four and somebody already was trying to get money off of it and then somebody tried changing the phone number on my account when I called in that. No I didn't take that money off and I you know had money missing then it canceled my card. So now I have no card waiting for a new one to come. But what about my money. ?

Whoever wrote this app should be fired! Constantly have to restart to get it to open! Just tried an update and naturally it wouldn't even download. What a shame for such a big bank
