🤔 this app is about to make me leave the bank I'm constantly having to change my password because they don't know my password it's CRAZY!!! 1 minute you think you're doing it the next minute do a reset done the reset and still cannot get into my banking app it's not bad enough that you can't see the person or even know where the bank is located at I do not like this. I have had more trouble from this than any other bank know. I don't think I'll be changing any more passwords New Year New Bank.

Terrible!!! ZERO stars!!!
Was decent BEFORE the last few updates!! Now it is days to a week behind in current/correct balance! Also doesn't tell you didly squat what $$ is, (just amount) just very little info & doesn't give many receipts either! Very FRUSTRATING!!!

A useless app as it won't allow me to sign in to my account. And it won't allow me to use it for Google Play apps. I'm going to switch to another card account that will allow me to spend my money however I choose. Don't waste your time with direct express. I've decided to go with Chime for all my direct deposits. It offers way more than Direct Express.

Worst card ever! They shut my card off for no reason and couldn't explain why. It's my only source of income not able to buy food, gas or anything else. Do not use them! They will let you go hungry while laughing at you all the while

The Nightmare before Christmas. Direct Express shut my card off for no reason on December 17th. This is my social security and my only source of income. Customer service said they had no idea why this happened and they are unable to do anything about it. Now I have no money for food, fuel, gifts or bills. Do yourself a favor, get your SS anyway except from Direct Express. They will leave you poor and hungry in the street like they left me.

stay away from this card whatever you do. I have had nothing but issues with transactions being flagged as fraud, inability to get my card unlocked, and I can't use it to pay bills or make any kind of large purchase. it's constantly declined. and I can never get through to customer support. if I do, they are rude and unhelpful, giving me solutions like going to the ATM and withdrawing the funds to pay. I am disabled and that is unfortunately costly and unrealistic. There are no solutions so far.

90%, I'm glad I kept it downloaded and currently use it for sure. Ps add phone numbers and address make easier to contact purchases amount$ on app were not persons account and card belongs to. Ssi SSA-SSI-Ssdi- card holders are very poor, insurance card office, equiped staff 4 rapid fast stollen , hacked, unauthorized charge recovery refunds. Not have victims do all leg work and take months if any return money recovered
