USPS APP
This APP is not working. Server can't be found according to the APP. Even their suppprt, server can't be found either. Hey guys, patch & fix your USPS APP! It needs an update for iOS18.1

usually no problems but i sometimes get a message with informed delivery saying no picture available for the mail piece, if i get no mail to match that there is no button saying 'not delivered' like the ones with pictures have. edit: even when selecting mail was not delivered, it doesnt help anything on my end, and the post office seems to be losing a lot of my mail lately

Tracking system and delivery
One star yes one star! You're tracking system and delivery service has really deteriorated over the last 10-15 years. More than half the time mail isn't delivered on time, and if someone is expecting a package/box delivery it either gets lost in the mail, arrives much later than expected, or you don't tell your customers exactly where their package/box deliveries are. All you ever put is “in transit to next facility” which doesn't tell anyone where their delivery is. You should also dump your distribution centers and go back to delivering directly from post office to post office because your distribution centers always screw up deliveries. No wonder why more people are using FedEx and UPS now for packaged and box deliveries.

Horrible Changes
The app used to be very user friendly, too many changes and loss of functionality and options in this new version which makes navigation through the app very difficult. It is almost like it was made to be hard to use intentionally.

The USPS is terrible. The Richmond distribution center is broken. The employees representing USPS online give out innacurate info. Riddled with fraud and dishonest and/or lazy employees. Entitled postal workers who don't think they have to do their job correctly because they think they are the only ones working 10+ hour shifts outside doing manual labor.

USPS daily notification
Had the daily notification of incoming mail for a couple years with no issue. Suddenly stopped working. Tried reboots,delete and reinstall multiple times but app wont work. Keeps telling me im all set but never actually shows up on either of my devices. Ive given up on this “service”

Sad at best
I like the informed delivery but this app is sad! Features, well there are none. I get better updates on my Amazon shipments from there site then from this app. Time for USPS to step it up.

Access popular USPS.com® tools on the go with the “USPS Mobile® app: calculate shipping prices (limitations apply), find a Post Office™, look up a ZIP Code™, schedule a next-day pickup, request USPS to hold your mail, access Informed Delivery® to track packages and digitally preview incoming mail, and more.

WHAT CAN IT DO?

The USPS Mobile app allows you to:

•	Check the status of shipments sent using Priority Mail®, Priority Mail Express®, Certified Mail®, and certain other delivery services.  Nickname your shipments and sign up for text and email alerts to notify you of the delivery status.
 
•	Calculate a Domestic or International Price to determine how much postage you will need when you ship a letter, card, large envelope, or package (limitations apply). Choose retail or online pricing, add any extra services you need, and view the total, too.

•	Find USPS® Locations when you need to get to a Post Office™, Self-Service Kiosk (APC®) or collection box with an easy-to-filter locator. The USPS Mobile app uses your device’s GPS to show your closest options on a map, along with their Regular Hours, Special Hours and Last Collection Times, and provides mapped results with driving, walking, or transit directions. 

•	Look up a ZIP Code™ for any U.S. or Canadian address.

•	Schedule a free next-day pickup and have your Letter Carrier pick up Priority Mail®, Priority Mail Express®, Global Express Guaranteed®, or Merchandise Return Services shipments from your home or office during regular mail delivery. 

•	Request Hold Mail Service while you’re away, and we’ll keep your mail at your local Post Office™ for you to pick up or be delivered by your carrier when you return.

•	Scan the barcode on shipping labels with your device’s camera (Note: this function is not available on iPad 1 and iPod Touch models without rear-facing cameras). The app recognizes the shipment and stores the label number, so you can stay on top of delivery status.
