Not good
Compared to other scheduling apps this one is not the best. And why do the profile pictures go in sideways no matter that I do. ? Could be more aesthetic and user friendly.

Makes booking a class nearly impossible
I think this might be the most irritating app I've ever used (and I only downloaded it because the website was so useless that I had no choice). Every stage of checkout has some broken, painful to use functionality. Now that I've booked the class I wanted I'm deleting it and I hope I never need to access it again.

Glitchy and horrible
I have 10 employees and switching to Vagaro has been a nightmare. Very glitchy system and the data transfer was a nightmare. Maybe for a one person show this would be ok, but for a business my size it's been a horrible experience. I lost so much revenue in discounts I had to give out because of how much this company messed up. Things they messed up on: -Importing appointments with the wrong duration, double booking, having 2 clients show up once. -Imported wrong prices for appointments, making me have to discount appointments. -Importing gift cards incorrectly, making my business seem untrustworthy. -They had to wipe out all gift cards and do a second import- the whole import process took almost a month. -The point of sale simply doesn't work, still waiting for a new one -They gave me wrong instructions, making me over charge clients by $50, again making my company look bad I could go on, unfortunately. Now management is ignoring me after I asked for some fees to be waived. So much for their empty apologies.

The measurements are all over the show. Can seem to click on anything to make appointments text is all jumbled up and unusable, better off calling but no one is picking up the phone.

App fails to accept data, can't recognize an email. No way to book additional clients. Frustrating failure !! Wasting my time. Never had a problem with Booksy !!!! Vagaro SUCKS. Zero stars

Will not allow any bookings without an account. Will not allow creating an account without a mobile number. No issues with either, except that their confirmation texts do not actually send. I've spent an hour trying over abd over with two different phones. Absolutely infuriating.

The search feature is a bit rough and the app feels sluggish. I missed booking an appt because the app constantly loses my place once I've established a certain search criteria.
