The app updated about a week ago. Since the update i cannot access balance transfers area . No access to see balance. Keeps giving blank screen. Terrible update. Been with Vanquis for years and never ever had any issues with app until this week!!

Unable to make payment as can't continue after entering the amount I want to pay as it just brings up as small box for enter amount but can't continue after this as just closes out the enter amount pop up

I can only give 1 star until I can clear notifications telling me to add Google Pay. I've had a red notification for several months that I cannot clear. Everytime I log in it's there. It's completely and utterly inappropriate on a financial app to have a permanent red notification that is actually just an unwanted ad. I expect notifications to be important alerts about my account...not a promotion for another company that I refuse to use. I run my finances my way... without Google!

Ridiculous app, I've never paid late and most of time don't owe a penny so they write and ask if I would like to have an increase from 500 to 800, I provide all details and they reject it. All other compaines (decent ones) like marbles MBNA etc don't even ask for details they go by how responsible you manage your finances and just increase, I don't even owe sod all so why Vanquis rejected it is just outright insulting. I will be closing down the account shortly and never using it again.

Good since last update. now payment screen shows all sections overlapping up and goes to a faded grey when try to make a payment. I have to now log on online, so for me it's not quick and easy anymore. And reading the reviews I can see I'm not alone.
