The app used to work brilliant until you updated it. Now, I can't make a payment via the app. It lets me put my amount in that I want to pay but it will not continue taking the payment.

Nothing happening uploaded app cannot go further with the account useless app. Uninstalled reinstalled app still same problem.

Impossible to contact Vanquis if you are abroad
I work abroad and it is impossible to contact Vanquis while I'm out of the country. I can't even get onto the app now. The only way of contacting them is over the phone and they don't accept calls from Internet based call services like Skype. So much account is frozen. And I can't even make any payments.. absolutely terrible

I can't able to see the my card details inside this app instead it's showing some greensafe formalities, I did the reinstall no luck .
