You inflow payment is always delayed and av gotten several conflicts with customers cus i do multiple transactions daily

It doesn't even deserve a star, they say put your email address and they'll send a verification link, I did that before I could even see the verification link it took me 20million years 😡😡😡, finally they sent me it I tapped on it, and then they told me to go back to the app and proceed with the next step. I went back to the app and it restarted, imagine after everything I went through to get that verification link, and thinking of going for another round ? 😡😡😡

Well I've been risking my money into your app and I'll say it was worth it but I only had one particular issue. Just that the app always locks me out in times of urgency which is very bad. So I'll suggest you focus more on the bank's network and services. Thank you very much for understanding 🙏🏾💯

Anytime I login to the app in the next 2 minutes the app will close by itself I don't understand I haven't even completed my registration

I'm not receiving any link to activate my account in my mail And I'm unable to sign up

Failed transfer, for over a week plus they were unable to refund the money back to my account. Yall should work on your customer team and learn how to fix issues as soon as possible. Issue shouldn't exceed 3 working days.

Worst app features! It's impossible to upgrade my account to level 3.

Nowadays,it's beginning to be difficult to use the app. It wasn't so in the past. You'll open the app now and it'll take nearly 30mins for your details to load, before you can even do a transaction. They no longer respond on X (twitter)

The V bank has been my primary bank for all my transactions except for recharging mysmile SIM because the service is not currently available on the App.
