The latest version has introduced push advertising which appears as soon as you go into your App. All I want is to see my latest stats - instead I'm forced to look at irrelevant advertising (without the ability to skip) for 30-60 seconds. This is really annoying, especially when you are in a rush. Then when you finally get into the App, you have to navigate around an advertising banner which is inconveniently placed over the menu buttons. I understand the need for advertising, but surely it could be done in a less aggressive and annoying way?

For 1 week it has been impossible to enter the application because of an ad impossible to close! No cross, no closure possible (the only "close ad" button is outside the clickable area, at the very top of the screen and superimposed on the level indication of the iPhone! It's to be reviewed!

I don't understand. For a few days now, I have been unable to synchronize my watch. I've been using this app for years and now overnight, without any explanation, it's no longer possible for me to connect and sync my watch. What for?? do something please!

I can't use it

I've been using it for 4 years without any flaws. However, for the last few weeks (since the last update) it doesn't let me log in to my account or profile. I deleted it, I put it on again, it doesn't even let me register with a new email address anymore. I wrote to the System Administrator, so I'm curious to hear the answer... :(

I can't log in to the server or synchronize even after reinstallation. The connection was and is no longer possible for days. Connection of the watch to the app works.

I've been using the app for quite some time now and today I'm getting failed to log in. It's the first time it's happened to me. I can't log in

after update asks to login again. Reset password not available. Data request error every time i choose forgot password and completing my registered mail
