It's hard to stay synced to phone. Even when opening the app, you have to find stuff your looking for by somewhat an extensive search...it barely tracks sleep, if ever, and maybe my settings aren't set right, but I try various changes weekly to see if anything improves the desired results from owning a health watch... I got 3 last year and have already gone thro 2. "U get what u pay for" is my conclusion...

I am returning this tracker, because the only way it will work is to download an app that loaded my phone with malware and wants me to pay to use it, which therefore leaves me with a worthless device

Very hard to get paired to my phone & everything has to be done separately. Why can't you just tell the watch to connect everything at once!!! What a pain in the arce, man!!!

Unable to connect Ausun fitness trackers. A folder comes out but it can't update, nor load.
