I've read so many complaints about the platform that I gave up on buying. They charge to analyze the bag to see if it's original or not, but the buyer still receives a fake product. The shipping fee is $55 for each item purchased in the same basket. If you have 3 items, all 3 will be charged the amount of 55 for each item, that's abusive!

After-sales service not useful and not concretely oriented to find a solution in favor of the customer/user of the platform. I found the description of the goods for sale lacking, otherwise I would not have purchased. Unfortunately, not a positive experience compared to other famous platforms.

I am still trying to receive my product or! my money back, both will not work. When I ask for proof they do not know what it is about and I always get a wait-and-see answer. It is outrageous how they operate. I just want my money back because nothing has been delivered. I think I will forward it to the TV program, radar or kassa! bad bad bad! We will wait and see if I receive my sunglasses!

Very bad experience and more. The site charges very high commissions but it was not this that discouraged me but rather the fact that I put an item on sale that after being online for several days, without warning it was deleted then I wrote to the assistance who took two days to respond that he was not in charge of the standards asking me again for the label and logo of authenticity, which obviously I had already put in the photos, they deleted my account without reasons. Better vinted
