Signed up for an account a while back and have forgotten my password. Used the link to reset and it just takes me back to login from the email sent?! Looks like i wont be able to change password or use the App…what a waste of time

Worst garbage review ever. All 3 purchases came with fakes.
I finally got a refund, but if I hadn't noticed it was fake, I would have used it as is. I talked about the seriousness of this issue several times, but there was no compensation. They just kept repeating that this was their policy.

I bought it with confidence and got a fake, defective product… Vestiaire, don’t make fun of consumers
Vestiaire Collective, a luxury resale platform that deceives consumers What if the luxury goods you bought with trust turn out to be fake? The most important thing on a luxury resale platform is the trust in the ‘inspection system’. However, after experiencing serious problems twice with Vestiaire Collective, I realized that this platform has no intention of protecting consumers. ① Fake goods that passed inspection, are buyers fools? - I bought a Prada T-shirt from Vestiaire and wore it without any problems. - However, when I tried to resell it on the same platform, it surprisingly turned out to be fake. - How can they say that the product they inspected and sent is now fake? - I protested strongly and received a refund, but the compensation for the embarrassment and time wasted wearing the fake goods was only a 10% discount coupon (up to 60,000 won). ② It was a ‘new product’, but it had 15cm scratches? - I bought FENDI straight jeans as a new product (S+ unworn, tag included). - However, when I received it, there was a scratch about 15cm long. - At first, they seemed to admit that they had failed in their quality inspection and offered a 15% discount coupon as compensation, but when I refused and asked for a refund, they changed their attitude. - They refused to refund with the ridiculous reason that “you can see it if you enlarge the photo” and shifted the responsibility to the buyer. - I returned it with difficulty, but they unilaterally determined that there was “no problem” during the second inspection and refused to refund. - Then, they forcibly registered the product on my account without my consent and posted a **sales post**. - If it had been sold as is, I would have only received the amount excluding customs duties, shipping costs, and commissions, which would have resulted in a loss of hundreds of thousands of won. - In the end, I had no choice but to request that the product be resent, and after paying additional taxes, I ended up with a defective product. ③ Customer Center’s response pattern: “Waste of time, change consultants, and avoid logical rebuttals.” - They intentionally slow down their response by replying slowly once a day. - When the situation becomes unfavorable, they change consultants and repeat the same content without handing over the responsibility. - When there is no logical refutation, they only give formal answers or avoid conversation. - In the end, it seems like a strategy to refuse refunds and hold out until the consumer gets tired. ④ Officially filing a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency and the card company - We are currently filing a case with the Consumer Agency and are in the process of canceling the installment payment with the card company. - We are holding the seller and platform accountable based on the 「Installment Transaction Act」 and the 「E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act」. - If Vestiaire continues to avoid responsibility, we plan to actively inform the public through SNS and consumer communities. --- Vestiaire, is it a platform you can trust and buy from? This platform's inspection system is nothing more than an 'evasion of responsibility system'. - They send fake products and later determine that they are fake, and they do not take responsibility even if there are defects in the product even though it is new. - When a problem arises, they do not refund, but rather waste time and tire you out by changing consultants. Can you really trust a platform that is more concerned with collecting commissions than protecting consumers? Before shopping at Vestiaire, think about it once more.

Terrible experience
Way too many fees on this app you even have to pay to get items authenticated. It's so hard to negotiate prices with sellers, most sellers have no good customer service no clear communication don't answer questions you may have and don't ship orders. Also a lot of the stuff here is way overpriced for the quality.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD-hacking wi-fi through printer and installing “approved wi-fi “ networks “
This ap, which I downloaded but never opened or created an account has been a nightmare. My printer was sending error messages, even when nothing had changed. Luckily, I got frustrated and went to their mobile site, where I was informed that my account no(?) had been compromised and “Vestaire” had obtained my account and was receiving my information “errors “ which included my credit report, bank account and credit card details because I had received emails with erroneous information. In the 13 days that the app was on my phone, this “company “ , hacked my wifi and installed multiple known networks for Wi-Fi website. Today, both my iPads locked up and my phone is telling me to change my cellular settings. I HAD NO IDEA THAT MY INFO IS THIS VULNERABLE!

High fees for sellers, items being returned without explanation, items being kept by vestiaire and not returned back unless you pay a fee. Not worth it. Very unprofessional staff and app.
