I bought tickets for a concert in Puebla, Mexico and when I arrived they told me the tickets were fake. Don't buy, they are scammers!

EUR 340: Did not deliver tickets, did not refund
Ordered on 9.1.2025 for 340 euros two tickets for a concert on Saturday 8.2.2025 in Freiburg (Germany). Delivery address to my Swiss home. Viagogo calls me on 7.2.2025, the day before the concert, to ask me for a delivery address in Germany, which I don't have. I am then offered a refund instead, which I accept. Having still not been reimbursed on March 1, I contact viagogo again by chat on their site. An agent ends up explaining to me that viagogo refuses to reimburse me because I did not give a delivery address in Germany. This is illegal but there's nothing I can do, except leaving this review.

It's a scam, don't download it. I bought tickets for the Mexico Arena and they couldn't be verified. The arena staff told us that we were scammed.

I uploaded my Ticketmaster tickets for the 21 Pilots concert in GDL because I couldn't go. Fortunately, they were sold that same night of the event and 5 business days later they deposited my money. I'm leaving 4 stars because the amount was a little less than promised due to the dollar exchange rate.

I bought tickets for a horrendous fee, only to be notified 3 hours before the concert that the tickets were not available. At least I got my money back, but it was still completely unprofessional. I can only advise against using this provider!!!

can't change currency details, no cal center details, not at all friendly users. I know it's business but cheat or do fraud with people until a limit.
