Tablet Lenovo [phone]. Watching Premier League in the viaplay android app gives me super poor image quality. Not to watch. If I watch viaplay via a web browser on the tablet, there is no problem. So the app is worthless, I watch through my browser. Tried everything, settings are at highest quality, nothing helps. By the way, the viaplay app works fine on my iPhone. So I think the problem is in the android app.

Expensive but lacking quality
The shocking price costs 15€/month for the fact that the quality of episodes varies between snowfall and normal. Subtitles and sounds mixed up in multiple series. Honestly the worst streaming service I've used.

Inconvenient and very expensive for what you get. But the worst thing is that they have changed so that only one device can watch a sports broadcast and not two at the same time as it was before. The only thing our family wants to see is alpine skiing and everyone who wants to see the same broadcast may not always want to be in the same place at home. I hope that SVT gets the rights back soon, because then it will be much smoother and the commentators and programs around are so much better!

Subtitles get stuck all the time. Either missing or leaving a lot behind. Not helped by updates or device shutdown.

17/11 The app doesn't start, I only get error message "nu blev det fel - try again/close". I can't update app already got latest. Haven't used it in months cause I've many other streaming...

A supplier where customer service cannot and the IT department cannot program. The result is that you cannot cancel your package as Viaplay does not enable the function online and customer service only sends you to their website.
