I can't activate the app for 2 weeks. There is no technical support, they only give advice that doesn't work. I don't receive an SMS to confirm my phone number, it says to activate by calling and no one calls either. The SIM card is new, just activated. Addition: yes, I sent a request through the form on your website and I received a response to my email, but there are only advice that is on your website and they don't work because I don't receive a call to confirm my phone number.

The application cannot be activated on new devices, there is no Viber call, to activate it you have to fight with support for several days and try to activate it with the anthem and not the application, the application has worsened a lot

Finally I restored Viber, but neither backups nor chats were saved at all. It's just trash. I always use this Rakuten Viber Messenger to communicate with my family and friends.. I love it...I really appreciate it...You know what... there's internet issue in my country, Myanmar...I open the viber app then I can't access the internet immediately...I don't know why it is happening....so I checked there is update or not...But there is still up to date...why ...why..I don't know.... Please, fix that as soon as possible..That's the only issue for me... Other are Ok.
