Not user friendly
The app is not user friendly to the point where I don't even want to use the credit card. The delays, lagging, double signing in, timing out issues. It's awful.

always glitches offers get added until complete checkout and prices and codes always get taken away for certain absurd reason or code do better VS always a drag to shop with you guys

the online app would NOT recognize my address, which is a well established business. app kept telling me it was problems on their end at check out and were working hard to resolve. no email. no contact. AND NOW I missed the sale saving me LOADS of money a single momma in a small town works hard for! It's NOT ok. I had to delete the items chosen by the SALE as it's no longer on sale as of today!? yet today, my order goes through....after deleting the previous items in my cart! I'm so pissed ...

You will need two separate apps to pay your VS credit card. It is very frustrating and inconvenient.
