Too much errors in the app

this app has become very difficult to use and if you can avoid it, please do. products are good the app is not at all

I love this store and have the cc but wish you would make it easier for me to pay my cc bill ! I can't access the cc application even though I have the cc number and email & pw aswell but still I can't access the app and pay my bill??

I wanted to purchase a gift card with my order li couldn't find where to order it

The app never lets me sign in everrr (yes I know my login) i have to go to browser to get in. Such a giant pain

Pretty much worthless. I already have an account, and it won't let me log in. Just keeps taking me to the page to create an account.

Liars, thieves, and manipulators. They charged me 3 dollars in a late fee after my statement and payment were made. Then they charged me "minimum interest" of 3 dollars and another late fee when my account had been paid in full. I'm closing my card and never shopping VS/Pink again. Shiesty business tactics. They send you deals through email and text that don't even work. They have 2.88 billion, yet love to rob you for any amount they can get. I hope the 9 dollars was worth a lifelong customer.

the website was awful. it took me a very long time to pay for items and it would not always add the items I requested so I had to return to shopping several times.
