You say a credit card statement is ready but I am unable to find it. Is this a joke? The whole website is rubbish.

Massive Bug stops you using any of the app’s services
As soon as a click the account I want to open so I can make changes and pay off so I'm not paying over 25% interest the page just goes blank. Tried changing WiFi, closing and opening and even shutting my phone down - same behaviour - it's literally impossible to use the app and using the app is the ONLY way to make changes… This is absolutely unacceptable.

Compared to other banking app this one lags quite a bit - I've frequently needed to close down the app and reopen. Also - the app name "credit card" is annoying when searching for the app - call it what it is - virgin money or virgin credit card

"We are not like other banks". Yes, you're worse. I want to login to my Credit Card on my computer so that I can download my statements. Can only do so if I download the app on the computer. My comp isnt even that old, but Google Play is saying its not compatible. How inconvenient of Virgin!

When you log in after using thumb print - In the background you can see the app but instantly changes window about 4 times then just get the "M" of death that keeps loading. Have to close it 5 times to even log in
