Taking steps backwards
It has irritating multiple notifications for same things. You can clear one but same notification shows up elsewhere. Used to be able to manually sync with my Fitbit but recent updates deleted my ability to do so. I tried logging out and back in but no joy. Once again it stopped syncing my steps and gives error messages for other things. Signing out and back in doesn't fix the issue. Now the daily cards don't work either they just give an error message.

Flawed
Regularly fails to give points for the completion of a journey program. Also frequently doesn't apply double point day amounts. Update - 1 day after posting a critical review about how the app is flawed, I can no longer get points for the daily cards. Coincidence? I doubt it.

Good luck getting problems fixed!
I've had nothing but problems since signing up for Personify Health. My steps show up but I don't get awarded any points for them. Customer support is some of the worst I've dealt with. They don't seek to truly understand the issue and just paste boilerplate troubleshooting steps and send you on your way. I was told my issue was escalated and then heard absolutely nothing, not even a “we're still working on it!” until several days after I reached out to them for an update. Then silence again. I wouldn't care except the points in this app directly affect how much my insurance premiums cost, so I want to be awarded all the points I'm eligible for. (Talk about an American problem, but I digress.)

Another version, more disappointment
My employer forces us to use this to get a better insurance rate, but it has serious problems. There is always some issue with the step count not matching what my Fitbit and its app report. And, hey, thanks for completely losing my device with the latest update so I'm not getting any credit with my employer for my steps. Could this thing be any worse?

Missing points
You guys need to fix the problem of missing points. I make sure to work out daily to get my points yet I noticed so many of my points missing. Fix it

Points not accruing
I do a bunch of time wasting activities and the points don't accrue. I wish my company didn't change from the old virgin health app. That one actually worked.

Terrible.
I was extremely disappointed with the Max Buzz. I purchased it expecting a reliable wellness tracker, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The device can't even tell time unless it's synced with an app that's locked behind an organizational account. As an individual, I couldn't create an account or even register the device on my own—so much for “universal” functionality. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on a device that's essentially a glorified, non-functional watch when you're not part of a corporate or insurance wellness program. If you're not affiliated with an organization, don't waste your time or money. I ended up throwing it in the trash—save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a device that actually works for individuals.
