The activites for reward point are not getting updated properly. Also the challenges are not not editable. Like taking steps is is either weekday or weekend. Would like to have the option of setting up challenges that can go on for a month.

Poor Customer Service
Customer service has continuously not resolved the issue I have contacted them about from their update in October. It had me lose points, and is now withholding me from the proper tier I should be in. After weeks of back and forth, they still a refusing to correct the problem that they caused. Very disappointing: I do NOT recommend.

This app has always been problematic but now they are forcing me to upgrade and the new version doesn't support my phone.

Garbage app. Constantly loses sync with my watch. Doesn't always record points. I have to sign out and sign back in just to get it to work every few months.

Customer service
The customer service is absolutely horrible. There is no one you can physically speak too on the phone all over email and they take forever to respond it is such a joke and a pain.

Haven't been able to log in to the app since the update. Changed my password and logged in online. User interface is awful. Doesn't interact with my fit tracker at all. Everything is manual. Wish my corp would use anything else.
