Unreliable
Log in request… every time. Jump out to add something to the app, like membership ID… (which is in the app??? when Im logged in???) only to be asked to log on… again. Click a link, whilst already logged in, log in… AGAIN. The UX is terrible, the app structure is terrible. Its like its purposefully rubbish to prevent raising issues or to make claims. Biometrics clearly dont work, seeing other peoples messages. Idea: Text message TFA? secures login for 2 weeks? Very simple. New member. Not impressed. £150 excess I can never reduce because the app simply doesnt count the workouts Im actually doing.

Does not support Google Fit, even though it's in their list of supported apps

I want to like it, but in the years I've been using it, it has always been problematic.

Useless
App takes you round and round and back to the starting page and you never get to where you need! Points always missing too, clunky and a waste of time. Avoid!

Constantly logs you out
Honestly, it's 2025, and even chatGPT can write you a better code. The app constantly logs you out and guess what? It doesn't track your activity if you are logged out. Unacceptable! We are not in 2009…

Worst app I have ever used. Keeps asking me to install app even though I'm using app so can't do anything. And to make matters worse...no help desk.

Rubblish! Inaccurate, full of bugs, slow. I feel I've been sold a pup! Might ask for my money back and cancel my insurance policy. Very annoyed and very disappointed ! I'm back to this app after 4 years and it's still rubbish. Glitchy, full of bugs. One example: "fill in your health questionnaire on the app" Loops to the play store....open app... I AM ON THE APP! Still 1 star in afraid!

Does not work with Google Fit, leaving very few options for Android users to track their physical activity without a compatible smartwatch! Very disappointing and I hope this gets fixed soon.
