can hardly get into app, it doesn't link with many free trackers, have to submit a form for every bit of exercise, google fit has never worked with it.

Incredibly slow login, it takes an age to 'find my details'. So long in fact that I frequently stop attempting to view my account - very, very frustrating. Note: my internet speed & connection is very good. Just down rated my 2* review to 1* after reading lots of others have reported similar issues and no action has been made to improve the app, very poor imo. The only help seems to be to message a WhatsApp bot - I'm not interested in that, I'd like an app that works.

Used it for a bit, not really to earn points. Crashes a lot, either saying Try Again or just doesn't load. Done a force stop and cleared cache, still doesn't resolve it.

Terrible app that crashes often. And instead of fixing their horrible app they have now introduced an idiotic mini game that needs to be played to access our benefits and perks!! In a bloody heath insurance app! Horrible! I'm using Vitality health insurance only because that's the only option my company offers and not because I like it. If they offered a different service, I'd 100% go with a different provider!!! 😡

Can't get logged on after new update, nothing seems to be getting done to remedy it, not even a notification to say it's out of order.

waste of time, choose a different insurance provider. I have to disconnect and reconnect my health apps weekly and it still doesn't capture everything. I have missing data points dating back 10 months. I suspect this is Deliberate to make it difficult to obtain the maximum discount. I submitted a form weeks ago, no action taken. Tracking fitness is their USP.. but it doesn't work..avoid

Had it about three weeks. Ran an update, now it just scrolls and scrolls without logging in. Not surprised at the awful reviews!

I'm told that you don't accept watch steps linked to google fit because it breaks GDPR rules. Except that doesn't apply to a couple of watches you do accept. so I'm stuck with increased premiums and no synced steps being penalised for the smart watch I wear
