Unable to use the app, as it won't even start up on my new phone. Sent an email but no respond yet. Last used the app a week ago. Starting to hate this app and Vitality as much as I be back in South Africa

Absolutely horrible app, asks for log in information every single time, does not connect to devices to register steps/points, constantly crashes etc. etc. I have contacted customer services repeatedly and the reply is always along the lines "have you tried switching it off and on again?". I am seriously thinking off cancelling my policy altogether because of how annoying this is.

Worst app, every time it takes time to load and again asking email and long password, any junior software professional will make a better app than vitality. This app is nothing but a mobile frame opening their web application

Terrible app. Won't even open so there is no way to accrue points for rewards so I have missed out on several already. Contacted Vitality twice via What's app and promised it is being looked into but over one month on and no response.

After I close this app and start it again it does not present me with the login screen. All I see is white screen. I have to force close the app by going into settings and apps to use it again.

Workouts and mindfulness activity data will be sent once the activity has been completed. Other connected devices (such as Garmin) will send activity data once the activity has been completed. Important Information You need to be a Vitality member to use this app. Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password.
