Very poor App
Recently the App has got a lot worse at tracking activities. Most of the time it either doesn't register the activity or is incorrect. Very frustrating. Surely copying an activity from the Apple Health App can't be rocket science.

Poor app, poor customer service
I've been using the app for a few months without much of an issue, apart from the fact it constantly logs me out during a session and it seems to redirect me to a website in order for me to log in (rather than it doing this within the app itself). A month ago, the app stopped working for me (I add in the log in details and the loading screen for login buffers endlessly). I've tried resetting my password, deleting the app and reinstalling it, using WiFi, then using my data, etc to login but nothing works. I contacted vitality on WhatsApp for support and they're looking into it a month on. I've checked in twice in between for an update. Really poor experience, I can't use any of member benefits in this time. I wouldn't recommend.

This app is one of the most frustrating apps I have ever been unfortunate to use. It misses adding points all the time. It will not stay logged in at all and every time I log back in I have to manually waste my life typing in my full email address and password. It logs you out after about 10 seconds if you want to quickly switch to another app to cross reference any data. Crazy. It truly is awful. Why can't it just stay logged in like every ithe app in the universe?

Terrible app. Reiterating what everyone else says. Doesn't log points or activities from connected devices. Can rarely sign in. Assume everyone giving it 5 stars works for Vitality.

I've been clocking up around 12,500 steps per day to earn my Nero and Cinema vouchers, but the app is missing out weeks of activity points. My health apps are connected correctly and the error seems intermittent. Calling customer service; I'm told I "have to log in more regularly" (which I do, and shouldn't be required from a software perspective) or wait up to 24 hours for the points to populate (despite already waiting for weeks). It's starting to feel scammy 💩

The app keeps logging me out, it's hard to navigate and it hasn't synced all my garmin activity. Feels like you go round in circles trying to make it work

Clunky log-in. Not enough policy information. Last notification document is over two years old despite still being a life plan customer. Website no better.

Link your Apple Health and/or an activity tracker to the Vitality Member App to start earning points towards rewards, from a handcrafted drink with Caffè Nero to cinema tickets with ODEON or Vue, on us.

The Vitality Member App allows you to:

Collecting your activity data

If you link Apple Health to the Vitality Member App, step data will be automatically sent to Vitality every 2 hours. Workouts and mindfulness activity data will be sent once the activity has been completed. Other connected devices (such as Garmin) will send activity data once the activity has been completed.

Important Information

You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.

Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, register on the app using your Vitality membership number.
