My devices replacement
They came and install a divisor that was malfunction and they said there is no power I was not at home, but they came on installed and put power to the divisor when my wife came and see what they did. She was very disappointed because they got wire running against the wall in the room i is expose and look so bad very an professional. She very upset.

After 6 years of being loyal to ADT and running into minor issues, I decided to leave and think the grass would be greener with vivint after 3 days of using the mobile app and having expensive dogs in my home I'm unable to access my home security system at all and not to mention kicked me out the app, unable to control the thermostat while away from my home and unable to view anything within my home..........So unsatisfied at the moment and it's 12:19am

My wife has an iPhone and complains she unable to get notifications or alert sounds. I got this system because I thought it was compatible for her iphone. I don't have any issues, but I have android. I hope their tech department can get this issue fix.

Good app. No grief. But I do wonder, it started letting me have a quick arm/disarm notification at the top left of my phone screen. But that has stopped updating and no longer works. But it is still there. What went wrong?

Unable to watch playback of people coming to my door so that is super helpful. App is awful, pay all this money and it never wants to work. If you are thinking about going to Vivint, don't. save your money and time and go elsewhere.

The app no longer allows me to disarm the alarm before entering my home. When entering the house, I have to rush immediately to the control panel and manually deactivate the alarm.
