I will never buy a vizio product again. Their 2.1 soundbar subwoofer lost connection permanently with the sound bar after 20 days of use. Garbage. Unacceptable. Waste of $200. Get jbl.

App does not connect to my soundbar, and since the soundbar did not come with a remote control, I have no way of controlling the soundbar. Seems Vizio's attempt to be innovative appears more like they are cutting corners to save costs by no longer providing remotes for their soundbars and instead developing an app that does not even work. I used to be a fan of Vizio, but I see now is the time for me to make a change.

Only had the TV and Elevate sound bar system a few months worked great at first now the remote isn't working we have to control the volume on the actual sound bar and tv the remote shows on tv that the volume is going up/down but the sound isn't changing, tried all the trouble shooting steps. Nothing is working . Very frustrating Vizio 😕

While in Landscape View...I have no way to toggle up / down when desiring to see other channels on this app. (IT MAY BE MY TABLET , I DON'T KNOW)

I need to change the WiFi network on my E32-D1. Using this new app to do it keeps failing. I try to add a legacy TV, but it just says Pairing Failed. I've factory reset the TV and un-installed this app and reinstalled it. It's like the Legacy add process doesn't work on Android 14.

Does not pair anymore for remote. Since firmware update, cannot pair it just sits there thinking forever.

Due to update on the app, my soundbar is no longer operational. Luckily it is still within the return window. Reset my soundbar to factory reset, updated the app, the only way to hear sound on my tv is to unplug the soundbar. So disappointing as the sound quality was outstanding. For future managers that work for Vizio, how about make soundbars with actual remotes so that ridiculous updates don't destroy your customers' listening experience.

VIZIO Crave Speakers cannot output audio from TVs/displays or be connected as an additional channel to an existing sound bar or sound system. Additional supported SmartCast or Chromecast-enabled audio products are required (not included) for Multi-Room feature. Streaming different songs to different speakers at the same time is not supported when using a single app running on a single mobile device. To stream a different song to different speakers at the same time, you’ll need to stream from a different app or a separate mobile device.
