Bad App.

This app is genuinely a terribly bad one. It always disconnects after turning the tv off and will NOT reconnect unless you find the actual tv remote to turn it back on. Definitely defeats the purpose of having a remote on your phone. It always will lag and immediately disconnect, will say it's connected then the remote option will immediately freeze and no matter how many times you close and reopen the app, it will not work. I recommend moving to a Roku tv because Vizio is absolutely broken and will not work regardless of the device you're using. This app is terrible and needs so much work. What's the point in having a Vizio remote app when it only works about 2 days a month?

Bug

I enter the code off the tv and it still won't connect. App worked for a week then quit. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work.

The voice quality on my TV is poor and I have to use the Home Theater. In a short time I couldn't turn the TV on and off with the remote and I had to download the app. Otherwise I like it. I'd like to listen to Pandora and other channels that come from the factory.

Know when you're trying to open an app and click a button really quick but then the app says hey do you like our app and it won't let you leave until you answer them, and then you answer them and they're like oh can you tell us why, no this is why you're getting one star because I didn't want to write this review I just wanted to open the app and click the freaking button.

Requires signing into Google account or create an account to even use the app, instantly uninstalled. No reason to need an account for a TV remote app, downloaded a 3rd party app that works perfectly with way less tracking.

VIZIO Crave Speakers cannot output audio from TVs/displays or be connected as an additional channel to an existing sound bar or sound system. Additional supported SmartCast or Chromecast-enabled audio products are required (not included) for Multi-Room feature. Streaming different songs to different speakers at the same time is not supported when using a single app running on a single mobile device.
