App doesn't keep you logged in, every time it's used need to log in

Never works. Everytime I enter my number and get sent a log in link, the link opens as the same page where I'm asked to enter my number again. It loops round forever. Coding error???

Can’t get app to work
I have been trying for weeks to get into my Vodaphone app I have spoken to help line done everything requested and they changed logins etc yet still I can not get into it error code 4609 I can't top up my bundle I need to sort out international data for upcoming travel yet I can't top not access my app

Hopeless customer service. Having a problem from last year November. Was charged full amount on top up instead of getting discount and credit. Would not recommend to anyone.

Disgraceful app
Keeps crashing every time you open up the ‘Billing' section. Separate error messages coming up when trying to download bills. Device plan VAT invoices should also become available directly in the app! This is all basic stuff.

You can use it to check how much data you have used but that is about it. If you try and change your plan, it suggests you ring Vodafone. If you ring Vodafone, a recorded voice says to use the My Vodafone app. DOH.

Worst phone provider. Charging exorbitant late fees to loyal long term customers. The payment invoices are not clear and set up to confuse you into paying 'late'. Never again! Terrible customer service with no privileges to long term customers. It's all about taking your $$
