Broadband service test NEVER WORKING
Whenever my wifi goes down I try and use the service test and coincidentally it's always broken right when I actually need to see if there's an issue with my wifi

Same rubbish coverage as 02
Such bad coverage with Vodafone and 02 in general. Where I am I get a terrible signal therefore can't open the app or complain to Vodafone!!. Thankfully it's only a PAYG which has no credit now. I can't even top up the app is so bad and the signal is non existent!.

Nonsense
All servise is trash,calling to apply a voucher,they say "service unavailable " and charge you 20£ for a single day using internet from credit🤣🤣🤣,happend several times now so i decided to take my time and write this,service also full of nonsense talking about theyr vouchers and stuff,+20 mins on the phone with a robot just to get robbed,call center is stupidly made,we don't wanna hear about how great vodafone is we just want to top up and go ahead with owr life

Don’t know what they are doing
Customer service is soo poor I asked a simple question, how do I remove old payment cards from the app, spent 20mins talking to a bot to pass me over to a real human, just for the human to know absolutely nothing

Terrible app. You have to log in via SMS or email every time you want to use it. Reading all the negative reviews about this app is very funny. I am not the only one finding it a frustrating app to use. What puzzles me, is : why can the app not be changed to satisfy the customers ? A lot of time and money goes into advertising and promotion. I must advise that a truly great technology and service attracts loyal customers. There are better apps and services which people can use.
