Can't even log into the app. Just keeps saying "We're almost there..." It's been saying that for 30 minutes! Get your BS together!

Awful
Do NOT choose Vodafone. I've spent nearly all my afternoon on their app. On the phone. Just trying to keep my pay as you go VOXi number for my pay monthly Vodafone account. VOXi is owned by Vodafone. However as I bought my contract phone through a third party like carphone warehouse or the like. You CANNOT move your number over. Unless I take out ANOTHER contract with Vodafone directly and then they can. So more money. I spent ALL my free time on the app trying to talk to someone. They cut you off if you haven't responded back in 3 minutes. They reassure you that all your notes will be visible for the next agent to see so I don't have to repeat myself. Which was a lie. I was passed over to more than 4 different agents in the space of an hour the minute I mentioned I had ADHD I was treated differently. Even when they phoned. They wouldn't let me finish speaking. Cut me off. It's 2025. How is it so difficult to change my number and I have no choice but to do so due to an ex partner who stalks me-still. After 7 years and the police are still as useless as they were 7 years ago and I have to regularly change my number. Avoid Vodafone like the plague. I will be reporting them for the appalling and discriminatory treatment they displayed today. The lady who phoned even shouted and spoke to me like I had a hearing impairment. I have ADHD. I just wanted longer to respond on the stupid chat window.

Has caused real issues with billing
This app is okay for checking data usage and seeing rewards but do not try to opt in or out of any extra data!!!This has wreaked havoc on my bills and when I called the billing department they said this is a known problem with the app. I had to call customer service to opt out of extra data and was told it would take a while to update on the app. But when I checked weeks later I was still appeared opted in on the app. When I clicked opt out on the app, even receiving a confirmation text that I was opted out, I was informed by the billing department when I called to check that despite what it said on the app the opposite had happened I had opted in again and could possibly be charged extra again! They have assured me they have opted me out on their system even though this is not appearing on the app and I was then told not the touch this section of the app as it has been known to cause problems with lots of customers!!! Just look at your data and rewards and leave the rest of the app well alone!!

Very odd bug with ‘Forgot Password?’
Hello there, I'm not sure what stars to rate this as I honestly have no problem with the app but this one issue. This is rather odd but when I select ‘Forgot Password?' the app automatically opens my Wetherspoons app. It's actually pretty funny but it would be nice to login.

I have had my phone stolen, 4 days ago, I'm trying to contact someone at vodafone to assist. I keep being instructed to download the app to talk to someone, but I have the app already. I can't access it because the app wants to send a code to the phone with the sim card that's been stolen! The other alternative is to get a code by email, which would be great, but alas, that's a problem too and I'm advised to download the app!!!!
