Worst app I've ever used. Says I'm not connected to internet 90% of time. And when it does admit I'm connected to the wi-fi it says everything's unavailable.

It used to be very good app, and now is completely useless .. Vodaphone just increased prices but decreased the quality ...sadly but true...regretting i extended the contract

Won't login and goes around in circles, "Enter Password or Pin", enter your Pin and it tells you to change password, so you click 'change password' and the app sends you to the start of the login process again...

Non existent
Tried numerous times, can't even register! Nothing working. Regret choosing Vodafone immensely, should have paid a bit more and stuck with bt. Speed is sketchy, iPad taking 3 days to back up! Not what I signed up for at all. Would not recommend!

Rubbish app
Rubbish app. Started it up, put username in, then said I got password wrong so tried again, had to click forgot password, entered username again the phone number but said my number was wrong!! Don't think so, same number I've had for 30 or so years, then it locked me out!!!

Useless
When it connects to our WiFi, and that is very very seldom, it only gives generic data and does not really allow any customisation, even though when logging into the router direct it says it's being managed by the app! But the biggest bugbear is that it just refuses to connect to the router even when it is less than 2 feet away. Out of over 30 attempts to connect in the last 3 days, it has connected once for about five minutes. The rest of the time it says “Unable to verify network connectivity”. Seriously beginning to think that it was a huge mistake signing up to Vodafone.
