Full fiber yet I have an inconsistent signal throughout house with only 4 devices connected. BT best signal but way too expensive. Have complained to Vodafone and guess what their... in-house speed checker says it's all fine.. it's not it's poor, will cancel at end of contract

Really slow, app and broadband
Recently transitioned to Vodafone, having been a customer for only a month, I have encountered significant issues with the broadband and mobile app speeds. Despite reaching out to customer service three times, I have been unable to resolve the problem. Regrettably, I am now committed to a two-year contract, which further exacerbates the situation.

What's the point of this app? They removed the 'boost' and 'block' device options. The only 2 things that were any good!

Useless
It's the most useless app ever, I've never been able to log in even though I've been a customer for five years. I keep trying to change passwords, save them then next time I log in it won't recognise the password. Give up…..
