It's very difficult to get help to stop my airtime disappearing without my knowledge or permission

took several attempts for the purchase to go through. previously had to buy data from bank instead due to app failure. finally during purchase an offer is made for an additional 30day data. When select this option the payment option selected is greyed. ie concluding purchase is no longer possible. This offer is a HOAX.
