nobody
The parking lots are limited, they don't accept many vehicles. It's ridiculous especially in front of the high schools where you can't park them.

Careful, don’t use !
App crashes constantly and it's not possible to end ride causing big charges. Support doesn't respond.

This was my first time with one of these scooters. Scary at first, then fun, but suggest practice on quiet roads. You have to push off with your foot before the throttle works. The main disadvantage is you're supposed to park it in a designated place, which if this is some distance from your destination defeats the object.

Update while driving?
When I wanted to end my journey, I got a message saying there was a new version of the app. What? Why does a message like that appear during the journey? And not afterwards? Bad!

Experience from 2years user
I have used voi for 2 years already, I love how fast it goes and everything is smooth. The only thing that rrally pmo is the app often doesn't let me end the escooter, caused procrastinating the time of riding (I drove 2min but i had to wait 4 more min so that the app will br able to end the scooter), of course will charge me more. Hopefully this feature will be upgraded.

Been using for a while and generally ok until recently. Flashlight doesn't work when parking, so get emails saying not good enough. Submitted feedback but nothing heard back. Chatbot is pretty much first-gen - absolutely pointless.
