Do not trust this airline
The app made me input that I was a Mexican national and wouldn't let me leave Mexico City on my flight back to Sacramento. Mexico City was supposed to be just a layover but I ended up having to pay for another ticket the next day. Please don't give these crooks your money.

It does not allow you to write manually
It asks me for some information, that the option to scan it is cool, but it does not scan my information well and when I try to correct it manually it only enables it to scan.

I'm unable to get into this app on my phone. Have removed and reapplied app and it still won't allow me to login. I'm able to do all on the website so I know my credentials are correct.

Change of luggage
Initially, 2 suitcases were purchased for check-in. But I tried to change these to carry-on luggage for the 5 people, but it is not allowed in the application. I tried to contact customer service and it was impossible for anyone to answer. It seems to me that your application has room for improvement.

I've tried to cheek-in several times now and it won't let me. I've seen several people complaining about the same thing and they say it's an app error. Please fix this because the same thing has been happening for several months now.

If you have the opportunity to travel with this ultra-low-cost airline, don't waste it. Cheap always ends up being expensive. They oversell flights even when the app itself tells you that "you already have an assigned seat, but for a small additional cost you can change" which you have to do to secure your seat, because if you don't pay more the airline sells your seats to someone who "does pay." They don't give you a real solution and give excuses that border on the ridiculous.
