Volaris steals your money with Vpass
I have been a customer of Volaris Vpass for years and lately it does not allow you to pay for reservations with any card.. Always mark error .. there is no one to solve you and the month goes by and they charge you again for the membership without letting you book flights and you can pay for them..

They have made me pay an extra $500 to tell me at the counter I had excess of luggage and that all of the suitcases were subject to space when I have paid for it a longtime before the flight. Me hicieron pagar $500 por extra equipaje para decirme que estaba sujeto a espacio debido a que tenía exceso de equipaje aunque he pagado hace bastante tiempo antes del vuelo. I was charged $500 to tell me when I arrived at the airport that my suitcases would be sent if they had the space even when I had paid long before the flight date. It was a mistake to have chosen Volaris never to do it again.

Terrible app
He took me out of the shop for taking a few minutes, I also went back to verify a topic and deleted all the info. This is not the case with other flight and travel apps.

With their technique of stealing information, they decided to disable this application to force them to hand over their data with the new one. Very bad strategy, many customers are dissatisfied and do not agree that they force us to use an app that is poorly made.

This app was good, now it sends me to download another one that, according to it, is better and does not let me book flights. It takes hours to charge. I wish he would let me use this version, this one was definitely better.
