The webpage or the app is fine, but it never works in the store in Bonita. Their browsers is terrible. It always needs to be refreshed. I never get the deals. It's a waste of time.

my rewards points keep being stolen. I only ever shop at 1 store and chat w/live agent, they put pts back on my acct, assure me my pts r safe cuz my acct is under investigation just to have my pts stolen again the next day. Shows my last purchase made in WA but Im in CA. Ask them how to make sure this doesn't happen again but no help whatsoever cuz it just keeps happening. 1300($13off in huntington beach) pts once, 2200pts 2x($70+off in WA). Starting to feel like its an inside job

Is there some hack to getting the app to work on a new phone? It seemed to be making the transition just fine until it asked me for access to use my location. I automatically tapped NO because that's what I always do. I entered my ZIP code and now all I get is a blank screen that says Vons on the top. It won't do anything. I'm hoping I won't have to uninstall and reinstall.

Keep getting hacked - needs better security
Twice in the past month, someone in another state has accessed my account and clipped all of my points and redeemed them. Customer service was helpful in restoring the points, but I am very uncomfortable with the fact that all someone needs to hack my account is a phone number. There needs to be some sort of password or pin to provide an extra layer of security. I am disappointed that I have to write this review as I do find the app to be helpful. I hope something can be done to fix this!

I'm trying to see what the Friday specials are and it said I couldn't use my Vons app without an update. I did the update and now it's saying there's an error and try it later! I'm really inconvenienced by this and will not be going to Vons to find out. your app sucks

has been working perfectly the last few years but after the last update I can no longer search for items and it often freezes or just closes while I'm using it
