I love Vons, but their delivery system sucks. They gave my order to a complete stranger after I asked them to have me sign for it. The driver gave it to a man, but the order name was for a female. I probably will never order delivery again. Completely disregarded my instructions.

I always check the app before shopping. Adds savings. I tried the pre-order feature. My first experience was great. I set up a subscription order for 3PM every few weeks. This did not work out well. At 9am I got notified my order was charged and ready. I'm glad there wasn't anything frozen in my order. All orders are final. No changes can be made. I hope they fix this.

Not great and doesn’t always do the one thing it should
Rarely updated to show what is in stock. Not responsive or intuitive while using, fails to work at all offline. It's like they developed this for form instead of function.

Always check your bill
Vons substitutions will ALWAYS void deals. If soda is buy 2/get 2, they will only have 2 in stock so you don't get the free two. Or they sub a sale item with something 3x the cost. Always take a screenshot of your order before they start shopping because they will definitely scam you if you don't.

Discrimination
Vons app offered coupons but failed to honor them in what appears to be a discriminatory practice. I transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy to Vons to take advantage of the special $75 and $25 offers. However, I never received either offer and was told they wouldn't honor them because I have government insurance. Lost a 30 year customer over $100!
