I didn't receive my $22.00 refund. I was told by someone at customer service I would. Your delivery service is really bad, I get overcharged almost every time I order delivery.

I haven't been able to sign in on my android for three days now. I've uninstalled and then re-installed the app to no avail. It's working fine on my husband's phone. Very frustrating!

Search function not working

The search function has not been working for several weeks. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I signed out and signed back in. I even used the chat feature which is not a real person to fix the problem but it did try to help me search for a product (rice) and even they couldn't locate the product due to technical difficulties. If the chat feature can't even search for a product due to technical difficulties, that's a problem. Please fix it.

I like Vons app, but sometimes when you clip the coupon, it does not reflect at check out! you have to double check your receipt before leaving the store to fix it if needed.
