Every time I login into the app, the only option I have is to "View full desktop website". Absolutely nothing is visible regarding my account within the app itself. I had this app a few years ago and didn't have this problem. What good is the app if I have to go to the website every time?

App is worst!
Downloaded app because having problems on website. Was told by Voyager to for load app. Cannot go anything on the app. I could access more in my browser and that was giving me problems. Cannot even access mail from Voya.

It takes to long to get to the account information. I don't need the generalized summary screens, dashboard info, etc. Allow me to open directly into a page that functions like the account page on the website without finding the hidden links and closing the same messages every time.

Oops system is temporarily unavailable. Voya’s new slogan
The app used to work well, however the last few months it will not open, continues to say ‘oops system is temporarily unavailable, please try again later' this is ridiculous how long it's been down! I've restarted and tried to redownload it with no success.

Work forces me to use Voya…
My personal investments are with betterment and my husbands work funds are through Fidelity. My workplace (a school corporation) uses Voya. Ugh. The app is terrible. Crashes a lot, 90% of the time I get a screen that says “sorry system not available” when I try to log in and check balances. I'm getting ready to resign this school year and very excited to roll my balance to my personal IRA and rid myself of this clunky app experience.

Nearly perfect, but I'm unable to do online withdrawals on my phone, even with a voya rep on the phone.
