Have had my galaxy s25 for 2 months now. It has never worked on this device, even on a mobile browser on this phone. Login screen shows, but hitting login does nothing. I've been patient but it's been 2 months. Edit. Removing touch or face id allows login. Still, broken functionality

Voya app rating

App takes too long to load and often fails. It also only updates once a day. Other apps I have used in the past update continuously throughout the day

Super slow

I've had this app for 10 years and they have never improved the loading speed. When launching, I always have loading screen for several minutes and half the time it fails with an unavailable pop up. With all the money Voya has, one would think this would be an easy pay to fix issue.
