there is no way to manage your inbox on VRBO as an end user I've done searches on Google can't find anything I tried to use the chat function and it just tells me can only be used for privacy things whatever that is

I'm sure VRBO is fine, but their app is so bad from a user interface perspective. As an app designer, do better. Makes it hard to want to use this to book when a friend sharing a link for a property doesn't navigate to the property, just the search screen. Sloppy development and sloppy QA.

The app works fine I suppose. But their policies allow owners to cancel or modify whenever. Even days before your arrival - months after booking. With no recourse. You are simply screwed. Basically, they can steal your money - legally!!

Most confusing, least functional app I have ever used. Nothing but ads. I was asked to notify cleaners but link never took me to a place to enter code. Check in Check out section had no info on Check out procedures. I'll go back to Hiltons.

why is it so difficult to share a link to a property, first your website forces me to download the app which sucks . I have the app and don't see any share button, except for multiple search results rather than a specific property. Also, images slow to load, things like price and rules vague. The other guys do it better, your app is trash.
