I'm now using the app on a new phone, but I can no longer unlock it with my fingerprint...why?

New codes requested 5 times
Unfortunately, the system behind the app is very outdated. I got a new iPhone and had to set up my bank app from scratch again. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all and I had to have a total of 5 authorization codes sent to me, which still haven't worked. Unfortunately, there is no other way to set up the app other than with the codes... It's nice not to have access to your bank account for months.

The app is really annoying, when transferring money it only works every 3rd to 5th time, the other times you are simply redirected to the VR Banking app and you have to start over

Bad process for registering
Your bank account registering process is the worst process i have ever seen! It is amazing how on earth, in 21st your process is so not defined and bad.. App is like it is made by 12 year old kid using chat GPT, and process made by 13 year old project manager

Just bad. At the beginning you could confirm with your fingerprint. But unfortunately not anymore. I have to enter the password every time. The FAQ doesn't help either because there is no option for this setting.

Activation code doesn't work. The second code from the Vabk doesn't work. When I scan, the camera just closes without producing any results. I can't enter the code manually either, as I can't change the case... I'm really annoyed, as I haven't been able to do anything with my account for 2 months. ..
