Code cannot be scanned on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. I haven't had online banking for 2 weeks now, which is really annoying. It would be great if something could be done about this.

It basically works, but for the last few weeks, after the approval, the mobile phone no longer jumps to the VB app to complete the process, but instead to the VB app to log in again. I can currently only do the approval via the PC. Very annoying

As others have already written in their reviews, I also have problems when changing devices. When scanning the release QR code, the camera app closes as soon as it has captured the code. Manually entering the letter code doesn't work either - the app on the new device doesn't accept the code from the old device at all.

Changing the device to the S25 Ultra is still impossible. When will this be improved?

Since the last update, no transfers are possible. The app freezes. Even after reinstalling, the app no longer works. It doesn't respond to any screen input. I'm going to change banks, I've had enough of this bank. Only incompetence. I've already contacted the competition, I'm changing banks. At the VB counter, they arrogantly told me that I might not be able to do it or that my Galaxy z fold might be out of date. Excuse me? Bye VB

complicated, lots of errors, despite CORRECT input, blocking etc. Another bank uses a different procedure (QR Code), with which I have had no problems so far
