So far this is not a good purchase. I might remember the price wrong, but it was $150 as I remember it. All of the notications it gives me are either for ways to spend more money upfront or spend more down the road. I am not happy with this purchase and would not suggest it to friends or family.

STAY AWAY!
I canceled my subscription on July 2021 by email. They confirmed the cancellation and are still charging me to this day. It's a scam!! Impossible to cancel.

Clunky
App is very clunky. I expected it to be more interactive, reminding you what workout to do and what to eat each day. Often buttons don't work. Workouts look good and only done a couple of times but I am sure they work so that will be worth it. But app and UX could use some development.

I feel scammed and I NEVER buy anything from ads. Sadly the quiz video made me believe so I went for it I paid $57 when it's only $47 on the website!! App is and looks terrible. Show examples for meal plan that looks great, but no template. You have to make/write your own. All about up selling then anything else. 10 min after purchase and already asked for refund. Disappointed. ** Gave a 2 ⭐ due to great customer support! I received an almost immediately response. Hopefully refund comes.

Be ready to get spammed
The workout piece is great, you get a daily program to follow and helpful 1-2minute videos on how to do the exercise. But if you pay for the program you will get multiple emails a day with “helpful” tips, that won't actually have the tip unless you “Just click the link below” to learn more…it takes you to a 40-50 minute video which ultimately is just an ad for their supplements.
