Good idea executed terribly
The idea of being able to access a percentage of your money early is a great idea but what on earth gives them the right to charge a transfer fee I know it's small but that doesn't justify you paying them to do literally nothing.

Streaming delays
Streaming / wages dosent update every week on the day it's meant to. Although employers update regularly so has to be a wagesstream issue Easy to use app and very good idea but shame about the delays etc

Has days that are missing but rest of week is there. Incorrect hours to pay ratio eg. Work 10 hrs paid £200, another work 12 hr paid £160.

Unnecessarily complicated
For the times I've been payed they have kept a percentage of my money in the account that I can't access I have never been payed the full amount and there is nothing you can do to get the full payment out except by using the stupid stream method what charges you money to take your own money out and makes you pay yourself back in instalments, if you have an employer that makes you use this good luck.

App is broken i change my password every 3 months to keep it safe but now I have changed my password it says the password is wrong I have contacted support and still not working

Account wont create
I recently started working and was offered this app i thought it was a brilliant idea to get my pay a bit early when unexpected bills come up but ive waited nearly 5 days for my account to be made and still hasn't been now my partner has failed his car test due to parts of the car need fixing and needed the money for it so I'm a very disappointed after getting emails saying from this app check your pay and i cant
