It is a 0/10 application I have been using it for a while and recently they have blocked my account by the face and in that account I have about 300 positive ratings and I had more than 4000€ in the wallet and they go and block it by the face to keep the money, it is a total scam

The assistance service is practically non-existent. People steal your profile photos (I know because there are items like t-shirts that I go out, with my tattoos and so on) you report it and Wallapop tells you that it does not apply any penalty to the one who steals your photos.

I've had a bad experience. I bought a second-hand product that failed within two months of buying it. Despite the one-year warranty by law, the seller did not take charge and Wallapop only interacts if no more than 48 hours have passed since the sale, so it also disengaged. I wasted my time and money. I do not recommend it at all to buy electronics from individuals.

I can't log in to xiaomi 15, it keeps charging when I hit Gmail and it doesn't move forward. I have uninstalled, installed and nothing, I have tried on another phone and my laptop and no problem. Fix that.

The app is becoming more and more cumbersome, almost like the old Segundamano. It has improved, but there are still things to improve, I usually use the app to buy vehicles and I do not have the option of searching by seller, I cannot deactivate professional sellers and only search by individuals, for example .I could also put the search limit in adjustment and not have to do in each search to limit the distance.
