I only needed the app to checkin for pickup and that didn't work, useless

Having the ability to order my groceries to my home is fantastic, but it feels like every third time when checking out I get and error of technical issues and to try again later. So unfortunately when it does work all the delivery times have become unavailable because those windows close fast!

It took me literal hours to finalize my order! And it wouldn't tell me what the issue was. I couldn't pick NB as my province, I entered my card information multiple times which is completely unnecessary. This is far more complicated than it needs to be. Update: is this app ever capable of showing what you search for? No! The answer is no! It's like there's a wheel that gets spin with random things on it and that's what it shows! It's pathetic! Let me send screen shots of how pathetic it is!!! There is no need of it! I just chalk it up to…..I guess you want me to shop somewhere else.

Terrible app... Everytime I'm trying to use it as a price scanner it says there's no match or that they are out of stock, meanwhile I'm holding the product in my hand. Do better Walmart.

Each time I get a code for a free sample with my order it refuses the code. Not impressed 😕!

Different results between devices. My phone is a Samsung 23 in French and my other is a iPhone 14 pro in English. Whenever searching on the Samsung (in English or French) there are vastly (by hundreds!) less products shown in the app. Why is this? It makes the app useless if only certain people are being shown products.

Ordered groceries for a specific time, early in the morning. Didn't arrive, and was told delivery was delayed until end of day (late evening). Apparantly only the store can cancel and refund the order. But guess what? The store won't answer calls. So I just wasted my money. Use at your own risk!

it was good service at one time. the thing I'm not impressed with these days is how my groceries are packed you don't put the bag of milk on top of your eggs I ended up with cracked eggs because after putting the milk on top of the eggs they just dropped it on the floor in front of my door when it was delivered, and the fact that they will put one or two items in each of the blue bags that we pay for which runs up our cost. I have more blue bags than I need they cost a dollar each.
