I see many delivery drivers shopping inside Walmart, always with the same ones with full carts. Why don't I get deals while others do? Do they use bots? What should I do?

Spark Driver has been a disappointing experience. The main reason is that they allow customers to lower tips, which is completely unacceptable. As a driver, we work hard to provide good service and deserve to be properly compensated for our effort. Not only does this policy disincentivize drivers, but it also creates a culture of contempt for the work we do. In addition, the lack of support from the company to address this issue is frustrating. Instead of protecting its drivers, it seems that Spark Driver prioritizes the needs of customers over justice for those who work on the platform. In short, if you're thinking about working with Spark Driver, keep in mind that you might not receive the compensation you truly deserve because of this tipping policy.

I recently upgraded phones, and now the labels won't scan on the packages. It's frustrating because the phone has a hard time focusing on the level and then when it does focus It doesn't read the label. Went from an iPhone XR to a 16 Pro Max.

This app is quick to fire without cause. They fired me with no verbal explanation only a app message without cause. I have a clean record and current clean drivers license. ???

Without a doubt, this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of working for. Spark Delivery deactivated my driver account simply because I uploaded a valid, temporary driver's license issued by the Department of Transportation. This decision is not only unethical but also discriminatory, as temporary licenses are legally recognized and serve the same function as permanent ones. Their blatant disregard for fairness and proper procedure speaks volumes about their business practices. I fully intend to pursue legal action, filing a detailed lawsuit to hold them accountable for their unjust and discriminatory treatment. No company should be allowed to arbitrarily terminate workers who have followed the rules, especially when their livelihoods are on the line. To make matters worse, when I attempted to resolve the issue through customer service, I was met with an infuriating maze of unhelpful representatives—many of whom could barely communicate in English—making it nearly impossible to get any real assistance. Instead of providing solutions, they strung me along with vague responses and scripted apologies, reinforcing just how little this company values the drivers who keep its operation running. This company is a disgrace and should be dismantled. If you are considering working for Spark Delivery, I strongly urge you to reconsider. They are corrupt, unethical, and have no regard for their workers. There are far better opportunities out there that won't leave you frustrated, exploited, and fighting for basic fairness. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this predatory company.

I've been on a supposed List for over a year. There's a friend who is approved a month after applying. The List is a fraud.
