Overall the money is good only thing I'm upset about is the app is having a few issues lately so I haven't been able to work because it malfunctioning and tips I wish they wouuld come in faster but overall it pays great and I like that I do my own thing

I was trying to sign up but I never get the verification codes, I even tried a different phone number.

Constant crashes. 24 hours to get your tips. Random messages telling everyone they are fired. An awful bank they force you to work with that almost feels like they do their best to make it the most difficult process to collect your earnings. Get in while the getting's good. This wont last forever

good luck getting an account. it's just as bad as doordash abt letting you sign up. i've been waiting months to get an account and i watched one of my friends apply for one a week ago and get on. so good luck it's totally unfair for who they let on it the waitlist is a complete lie if there was an actual wait list im pretty sure id have an account by now.

The application is good but there are people who use bot and do not leave a good order for one who works legar

First of all there is a glitch when beginning to shop for a double order. When I go into the store and press “start shopping” the app then shows me a screen that gives me tips about how to separate the two orders in my shopping cart. It does not however let me exit this screen to begin shopping. I restarted my phone and still nothing. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Still nothing. All I could do was to call support and have them cancel the order. They said it was a glitch so a couple weeks later I tried it again hoping that they would have fixed it but it happened exactly the same way. In the end they did pay me for the time but it ended up being only $2 for 15 minutes of headache. A real insult to me. The other thing is that offers only come in between 30 minutes and 45 minutes after the hour so if I'm on a different job from another app and see an order that would be perfect for me Spark will cancel it if I don't head to the pickup location within 10 to 15 minutes. Then I'll be out of luck for the next hour until more offers come in. This is frustrating because I know that the customers are not sitting at home waiting for their order to be delivered immediately. I know that Uber Eats lets me finish up jobs on other apps and doesn't complain if I'm late to the Walmart pickups. I'm not just sitting around waiting for spark offers once per hour- I've got a living to make too. And since groceries that were ordered the night before are stored neatly in the fridge or freezer awaiting pickup then it shouldn't matter it the driver is a few minutes behind schedule.

Tips should be given at time of acceptance. We do our job to deliver. We should not be punished because you decide you want coffee and no longer want to tip your driver. That's why we reject the offer with no tips!

Spark is a great side gig service and I very much appreciate the opportunity it affords me as supplemental income. The one thing that would greatly improve the app is to be able to use a mobile Bluetooth barcode scanner with the app along side the camera scanner. I find I have a lot more trouble with the camera scanner while doing shopping orders than I do manually typing in the barcode. I have been able to use a Bluetooth scanner attached to my phone by choosing manually enter but it would be amazing if you would include native support for Bluetooth barcode scanners as it does increase speed and accuracy of shopping orders.

A complete mess. If you ask me , and if you are. It at the right Walmart like as in “the cool club” some how strangely enough more cancelled orders than taken ? Which messes up your account to either deactivated or hardly anything popping up . Not stupid . The workers inside Walmart can control a lot . I have found the shop and deliver orders are to be the only ones I can seem to grab they must not have the capability to cancel those . Walmart 3347 !
