Broken App

Spark has been a big help to cover additional bills. Have been trying to upload my new insurance card for the past week and they won't accept it. Idk how much more clear the photo needs to be as it is a digital copy with all the info they ask for. When it comes to updating stuff, they make it way too complicated

Instant payout option

Hi I just started doing spark for about a week now, I love it but I've noticed that there isn't a option to instantly payout same day, that would be in my opinion, more efficient to those who need money now.

These new Constant Identity Verification are getting out of hand!!

I have lost jobs due to the constant ID verification requests. I have to verify when I open the app to get started, then when I take a job, then as soon as the job is finished they request verification again and I cannot accept a new job until I do. After verification the job is gone every .. single.. time .. this is costing me money!! Every time I have to do a mug shot to prove it is me. I am not a criminal dammit just an honest person trying to make a living and about ready to find something easier and less stressful

Awful pay

Walmart/spark pays terribly for high mileage and long duration trips. The tips are VERY minimal . Other delivery platforms pay WAY better

Discriminatory policy, the app has problems. They don't pay you fairly, they don't make the legal adjustments in California, you can't even rate the customers or the employees who load the vehicle, sometimes they put merchandise in poor condition but Walmart employees are the ones who choose the merchandise, sometimes you have to go up to the building with a very low payment, you can request the permanent deletion of your account in spark and in the Walmart app. Support doesn't solve anything. You're on your own.

I think that instead of improving, it has been deteriorating a lot. There is no table to calculate the balanced and fair deliveries. It is not possible that they want to assign more miles than money. The customer verifications are not responsible and they waste time. The app has presented many setbacks. It is very difficult to depend only on it.

They should improve the driver's earnings since they earn between $11 and $18 per hour and not leave it up to the dispatchers of the different stores to decide to "cancel the orders", since they have that power and it lends itself to discrimination towards drivers.
