I bound a new game to a yahoo account and cannot retrieve or access the Castle now with this yahoo account which I already bought a growth package with, nor can I retrieve with my main Gmail account since I used the switch account button.. What do I do? Thanks..

We got together with old friends, started on a new server, in less than three weeks of the game there were twice problems with entering the game, in total for four days it was not possible to log in either via Wi-Fi or through mobile data. The VPN partially solves the problem, but some of the features do not work, and in general, the game slows down. The technical support of the VK group did not read the question asked more than a week ago. WaO's support mailbox is also silent.
